Chapter 14

POV Rosé

I just got home and tried to be as quiet as possible. It was still early and I didn't want to wake the others up. But Jennie was already awake and sat in the living room, waiting for me. 

"And where have you been all night, Ms. Park?" she asked with a serious look on her face. 

"Sorry, I didn't mean to make you guys worried..." I said. 

"Well, but we were. You were gone the whole day AND night! Now explain!" She scolded me. 

I put my hands up and wanted to explain the whole situation when Jennie suddenly grabbed my hand. 

"What's this? No way!" She screamed looking at the ring. 

I blushed and started to smile. "Y/N asked me yesterday at his fanmeeting if I wanted to marry him... I said yes and after that we spend some time together... You know?" 

Jennie started to scream which woke the others up. 

"Unnie, why are you so loud?" Lisa said while rubbing her eyes, Jisoo was right behind her yawning. 

"Chaeyoung got engaged!" Jennie screamed in excitement. 

"WHAT?!" Lisa and Jisoo asked shocked. I showed them my ring. 

"Y/N asked me if I wanted to marry him." 

They began screaming and hugged me, Jennie did the same. I was now surrounded by my screaming members who almost hugged me to death.

POV Y/N

It's been one week since I proposed to Chae. I was sitting on my laptop and scrolled through my Twitter timeline. 

I chuckled at the thousands of tweets about my proposal. Most of them were just excited and shocked because Chae and I were their OTP and now I made a proposal. 

Then there were some theory tweets, they tried to figure out why I made the proposal at my fanmeeting and if it had a deeper meaning. 

Well, yes it had. I wanted to show all of them that I truly loved Chae and that she is mine. But that's it. 

Then there were those few hater tweets, but I ignored them. About 95% of my fans and the Blinks were happy for us and that's all what was important for me. 

Right after I closed my laptop Chae approached me from behind. 

"Babe, come on! We still have things to prepare for our wedding." She leaned over my shoulder and kissed me softly. 

I smiled at her. "Sorry princess. I'll be right there." 

Then I got up and helped Chae with the preparations for our wedding. We wanted to marry as soon as possible and YG and PD gave their permission. 

Jennie just walked by and stopped when she saw me. 

"Ah, there you are! Have you noticed how fast the news spread even though just the people from the fanmeeting were live there? You should have proposed at a concert, with way more people. That would have been even funnier!" She joked and Chae hit her arm. 

"If he had proposed at a concert, I would have died from shyness and embarrassment! Of course, I was happy when he asked, but that's not something you should ask with thousands of people around you." 

Jennie just laughed and I kissed Chaes forehead. 

"Don't think about it now, princess. We still have some work to do."

You know what guys? We're almost through with the story. The next chapter is the last one. I'm sorry that it has to end so soon, but I really enjoyed writing this book ^^
