Chapter 5

POV Y/N

The show started and I was literally in the first row. Wow, I felt like I was at a huge concert. Well, it kinda was a huge concert. I just loved the atmosphere. The screaming people who all shared the same love, the cold lights and the huge stage. I wanted to be up there too... I'll just have to work hard and wait for my own debut.

But now, I wanted to concentrate on the performances. My hyungs, BTS, were performing Mic Drop and I was amazed. They were so good! They were real professionals and I was training at the same company as them. I was so proud of myself.

Not long after BTS' performance, it was Blackpinks turn. They did a cover of Wonder Girls' "So Hot" and let me tell you one thing. They really looked hot. I only stared at Chae and watched her singing and dancing.

After "So Hot" was done, they performed "As If It's Your Last". I loved this song. I knew the whole choreo of all members and even the lyrics. I'll remind you, I still sucked at Korean. But I tried to sing along as loud and clear as I could.

Sometime during the song, Chae saw me and I could tell that she was surprised. Like, she was very JungSHOOK. Sorry, I love to use this expression since Jungkook was one of my best friends.

Fortunately it wasn't Chae's turn to sing, so she could recover from the shock. I continued cheering and smiled at Chaeyoung. She looked at me and blushed. She was so sweet. But I think she was just very surprised.

After their performance, I went backstage. I wanted to tell BTS how awesome they were but a security guard stood in front of me.

"I have a backstage pass." I said but that wasn't the problem.

"I know. You are Y/N, this Trainee from Big Hit, right?" I nodded shyly.

"Rosé from Blackpink told me, I should bring you to her as soon as I see you. But she didn't seem to know that you were a Trainee."

I nodded and followed him to Blackpink's changing room. I knocked lightly and as soon as I heard someone say "Come in" I opened the door. I barely had closed the door again when I felt Chae hugging me tight.

"I'm sorry, I'm so sorry that I lied to you, Y/N. I'm so sorry that I didn't tell you that I'm an idol, I'm so sorry!" It felt like Chaeyoung had apologized for a hundred times now. I patted her head and smiled.

"Don't worry, Chae. I already knew."

She looked at me, as shook as she had been when she first saw me today.

"What do you mean, you knew? I never told you"

"I was a fan of Blackpink even before I came to Korea. And I was very surprised when I bumped into you that day. I wanted to be friends with you so bad and I thought you wouldn't like it if you knew I was a Blink. So I pretended to don't know you. But to be honest, Chae... I live in Korea for almost a year now. If I still didn't knew Blackpink, I would consider myself to be living under a rock."

She laughed at my metaphor and smiled at me. My heart skipped a beat. Damn it, I can't hold it anymore.

"There's something else, I want to tell you..." I looked at her and she waited for me to talk.

"Even before I moved to Korea, I had a huge crush on you and it just grew since I know you. I can now say that I'm really in love with you without overdoing it."

She stared at me and said nothing. Damn it, did I screw up?

Then she hit my chest while freaking out a bit.

"You idiot! I wanted to confess to you first, why did you catch me so off-guard?" Wait, what?

"Y-you like m-me too..?"

She blushed extremely hard.

"I don't just like you... I freaking love you, Y/N..."

I was so happy, I just picked her up and hugged her tightly. She laughed at my sudden action and looked into my eyes after I put her down.

I smiled and leaned in slowly. She did the same. A few seconds later, we kissed. Her lips were so soft, just as I imagined.

We got interrupted by the other Blackpink members who started cheering. I blushed because I just realized that they all saw our whole conversation plus the kiss.

"This was better than any drama I watched so far." Lisa laughed while Jennie started walking towards me.

"So, you are the guy who stole the heart of our little Rosie. Congrats, you really have good taste."

Chae hit Jennies arm while blushing.

"Anyways... We should introduce ourselves. I'm Jennie."

Jennie bowed a bit, I did the same. You know, I'm being polite and so on.

"My name is Jisoo."

"And I'm Lisa, nice to meet you."

I bowed to all of them and introduced myself too. They decided that I should get all of their numbers since I was Rosé's boyfriend now. If something happened.

A few minutes later, I received a message from Sangjae.

Sangjae: Where are you? We're searching everywhere. I thought you wanted to come back after Blackpinks performance?

Y/N: I'm so sorry! I'm on my way!

I looked at Rosé.

"I'm sorry, Chae. I have to go back to my members." She first looked disappointed, then confused.

"Your what?" Oops, I just spilled the beans. Well, seems like hiding it isn't necessary anymore.

"If you want to follow me, I can introduce you to them."

"Ohh can we go with you guys?" Lisa asked exited. I nodded, telling her yes.

Then we all walked through the backstage area. I saw Sangjae and the others sitting at some couches.

"Hey guys. I'm so sorry, I should have told you. I was..."

"THAT'S BLACKPINK!" Taejin shouted.

I sighed. My members came to us and I stood beside them.

"Come on guys. Let's introduce properly. Hana, dul, sed." Sangjae started and the others entered.

"Hi, we are NSNW" They all said and bowed to them. I looked at Blackpink and Chae looked very confused.

"We are Trainees at Big Hit Entertainment. Please take care of us." I smiled lightly and Chae's expression softened.

"So I wasn't the only one hiding some big news." She smiled at me with an expression I never saw at her. It was cocky.

"Oh, shut up Rosé." I said and kissed her.

She was surprised at first but kissed me back smiling. Taejin just stared at us with a "No Way" expression.

But then my members started cheering for me and Chae. I was so happy. This was the best day in my life.
