"Music Saves Lives"

Chapter 2-Work

6:20 AM

        After around 20 minutes I had finally arrived at Kelly's Diner. Yeah, I'm a waitress how fun righ. I turned my car off and grabbed my keys so I can clock into work and not get into trouble for being late, again.

(Time skip)

       An hour later and I was already losing my mind. It was an extremely slow day which is weird because usually it's crazy, like that time the whole diner got into a fight and I had to threaten everyone by saying I was calling the police. Which makes no since because there was a police man stationed across the street in his car. People these days.
            

               Anyways back to the subject at hand. I was serving a very nice elderly couple when Alex, Maxes boyfriend walked in. "Alexander freaking Tims! What are you doing here I haven't seen you in awhile"? I said with a big smile. "Crystal freaking Hart! I'm here for Max, her and Lilly wanted something to eat and and you have the best burgers in town". I raised an eyebrow at him. Is it that or is it because you know I'll give it too you on the house"? A little bit of both". Should of known. "Okay I'll go get that for you".
                 

             
             As I was making the the milkshake I heard the bell meaning someone walked in. "Welcome to Kelly's Diner I'll be right with you". I have to say that, its mandatory.
               

               I turned around to hand Alex the food. "See you later Crystal". "Bye Alex".
                

                I looked at the guy in front of me. He had white hair and brown eyes. 'Hmm weird choice for a hair color' I though. "Hello how may I help you sir". He looked kinda stumped. "Umm I'll have the raspberry coffee"? It seemed more of a question than an order. I decided to ease his concerns because I know it sounds weird. "Good choice that is a very delicious drink". He seemed content now. "Your drink will be out soon".

(Another short time skip)

           A little least than 3 minutes later I had brought the white hard guy his drink. Once he had it said thank you and left. That was my que to leave. Tomorrow is my off day to. I clocked out then got in my car as fast as I can so I could go home and see my baby.
