Instead of Dean having it, the female reader has it instead. Everything that has happened to Dean will happen to the reader instead. Having all the accidents happen to here instead, all the sadness, killing. All of what Dean was going through.

My name is (Y/N) (L/N),girlfriend of Dean Winchester, and this is my story about having the Mark of Cain and all the problems with Dean and Sam that had come along. Many things that I couldn't remember were told to me by the Brothers, Castiel and Crowley. After it was over me and Dean thought we could have a normal life but we were wrong.
No ones P.O.V
After (Y/n) was done speaking with Crowley, (Y/N) and Crowley found a spell to track down "The First Blade" and after they had arrived at the house it was pointed to, Crowley had recognized the homeowner, Cain, and tried to have them leave but before they can, they were stopped by Cain. Speaking with Cain about what she is searching for and how they found him. Cain told Crowley and (y/n) to leave, which Crowley is wanting to do, but she is determined to get the blade. But they leave anyways but come back when Cain leaves. But are found by him. Demons were hunting down the king and the hunter, and they prepare for a fight, Cain is wanting to see what (y/n) can do,so he put her to the test to see what she can do to demons with just a knife and gun of her own. After the demons were all killed Cain says he feels a connection to her. Cain had admitted that he did not have the blade. The spell only brought them to the source of the Blade which is the Mark of Cain. But without the Mark the Blade would be useless. She was offered the Mark and (Y/n) did not think twice before accepting the Mark and having it transferred by Cain. He sends Crowley and (y/n) away as he kills all the demons that were attacking with a flash of red light. Later on that day Crowley tells the hunter that she is worthy of the Mark, Crowley then offers to find the Blade because he also wants Abaddon dead so he can take back Hell.
Deans' P.O.V
(y/n) has been gone for the whole day saying she was going shopping for food, cloths, and things around the Bunker. When I had called she sounded like she didn't want to talk, and she also hung up the phone before I could even say bye. But after Cas had noticed there was some angelic juice leftover in Sam while he was healing him, which can also be used to track the angel. After getting the angel juice, Sam was healed by Cas, and attempted the spell but they didn't have enough grace. After that I got a call from (y/n), her saying that she was going to leave for a while and get a few things done by her self. I asked her if she was okay and she said she was, but just wanted to get away for a while. I told her to call everyday and if anything serious or bad happened to call me right away and that I would be where ever right away. she said she would do that and that she loves me.
~Time Skip~
Readers P.O.V
After getting off the phone with Dean, me and Crowley went out to eat and disguise where the First Blade could possibly be. After we left and a while after, I got a call from Dean about Garth being in the hospital, Garth was an old friend of mine, met him through Bobby when I was around 16. He has always had a high spirit and one of my only friend since I didn't go to school except online school & books also didn't do good with other people because they are so oblivious about what actually is real in this world. But after I got to the hospital, Garth was unconscious, Sam and Dean were sitting in the chairs talking when I came in. Sam noticed and told Dean to turn around, he did and got out of his chair and gave me a bone crushing hug, asking me if I was okay, searching me for any scratches, bruising, or anything. I told him I am okay and that I missed him and love him. Sam slapped Garth awake and he woke up surprised. We talked for a few minutes before he got up to run to the bathroom, puking up his guts. While we were waiting, I rolled up my sleeves forgetting the Mark. Sam asked me what that was on my arm, and Dean came over in a hurry to see what he was talking about. The Mark of Cain looked like a scar, they asked me how I got it and I told them about how I was with Crowley and the searching for the Blade. Dean was mad because I lied to him and did something so dangerous & serious, but Sam was curious of how I got it so easily and how I could be so strong, mentally and emotionally for such strong power, curse, he called it. I told him that I was told by Cain himself and Crowley that they both called me worthy to have it.

After noticing that the bathroom Garth was in was so silent, we went to check on him, and when we walked in the window was opened. I walked out of the building quickly to see his hospital gown on the ground. Sam and Dean came out seconds later to see it too, but Sam noticed the cameras that is pointing right where we are standing. We walked back in to see the video and I went to track down the car. I told Dean and Sam the location and who it belonged to, they said they would go find him, so I got in my car to go to the bunker, but before I could pull away Dean stopped me to give me my gun that I left in the front seat of his car before II left with Crowley. He told me to be safe & that they would be back later with food for dinner. I told him okay and for them to be careful.
AN::This is the first chapter of many soon, of the start of The Mark of Cain for the female reader instead of it being Dean. All the situations Dean was in will be in the female readers P.O.V and her doing.
