Chapter seven

Readers P.O.V

The day after me being cured Dean comes into our room and ask me about the note I left. He asked me why it had said 'Sammy let me go.' I told him about how the demon was right about how I feel like he didn't love me. How I felt like he was using me because we barely had talked unless it was for a case, didn't even sleep in the same bed or would help Sam if he was hurt before me but him helping Sam I got because they were brothers. But if I was really hurt and Sam had a scratch he would still help him and would have Sam help me instead of him helping me.  Dean told me he was sorry, he had not noticed he was doing that and that he thought that I was getting tired of him because I was spending more time with Sam and the Mark making me lose feelings for him. When he got done telling me that I told him that I would always love him. 

3 hours later

Sam, Dean and me were at the banks of a lake, drinking beer and having some time to ourselves. The silence was broken by me teasing Sam about him spraining his elbow. After that he asked me how I was doing, I told him I was great but Sam was thinking I was going to say something else, I told him that I was being serious about being okay. When we were done with that conversation Dean said that he saw something in the newspaper, with Sam saying that maybe it was an animal kill. Not wanting to quit our break Sam had suggested that some other hunters should be called about it but Dean said that we should check it out. I agreed not wanting to just sit around even though I loved having some time off and talking to them. Sam thinking that I need to still rest and that Dean should rest to but we both admitted that we needed work to do. Sam told me that if stuff starts to go downhill with me that I got to tell him and I agreed packing my chair up walking to the car ready to go with the brothers behind me. We arrived at the police station with fake badges as wardens. The sheriff told us about the bodies missing their hearts. We leave and go to talk to the witness we were told about, he told us about the farm where he saw her. When we got there it was a girl Kate that we ran into a few years ago. She was a werewolf that killed her friend. We questioned her about the killings but were interrupted by a call from the sheriff reporting another kill. While we were listening Kate had escaped. We tracked her to a motel and spot her leaving it. We followed her and told her to stop. When she did it wasn't Kate, we soon found out it was her sister though who was also a werewolf. Her sister, Tasha, escaped and we took Kate to a restaurant to ask her about Tasha. She explained that her sister was dying from a car accident and the only way to save her was to turn her, Kate told us that she would be ready to end her or her sisters life when it got to bad. When we left to go to the cabin they are going to meet at, Kate fell asleep and we started to talk about what happened when Dean said that when he was carrying my dead body, laying me down on the bed, he was heart broken and Sam watching this happened made him worried and sad for his brother. When they started to talk about the note I said that I was embarrassed about what had happened. I told Dean thank you for sticking by my side and thanks to Sam for getting me cured. When we got to the cabin Dean handcuffed Kate and we entered the cabin we were attacked by other werewolves and Sam was about to be killed by Tasha when Kate stops her from killing Sam. We were taken to another room while the sisters talked, the brothers took down the others while I sat there in and out of conscious from where one of the wolves hit my head into the floor. After that we leave as the sisters had started to fight, they discuss if they need to go back for Kate but decide not to thinking she will get herself out of this mess and that this fight is against her and her sister. During their conversation they get a call from Kate saying she killed her sister & Dean told her to keep moving, that we will leave her alone. She ended the call saying she hopes she doesn't see us again. Sam and Dean finished their conversation saying that Sam might be right, that I was not ready to hunt, with Dean telling me that and that had ended with me saying that I want to do the right thing. 

A few weeks later after Kate, we were at another motel when Dean was fixing something on the Impala and I was talking to him, Sam left the room and  brought out three little cups, with Dean saying something about the size of the cup. He said that since there was no monster activity lately, we should go to Connecticut where an old friend of Bobby's' had died and his presence was requested. When we got there we told the butler that we were there on behalf of Bobby since he pasted away. Explaining that they were his adoptive sons and me as a daughter, you see Bobby took me in when I was 15, finding me on a case of a salt and burn. Learning that I had no family he let me live with him and that was how I had met the Winchesters. When we met the family they said we missed the funeral but the reading would be the next day. When we had left, to be back later, Stanton was killed and we were suspects when we got back. Me and Dean say it was a vengeful spirit, we then go to search the house. As we were searching we found a book shelf that had the shape as the key Phillip gave us. When we unlocked it we found Olivia in it and she told us that Phillip locked her there. When we left, we went down stairs to see Sam playing cards and we excuse him from the two women he was playing cards with to tell him we were dealing with two ghost. We split up to find Phillip and question him. Me and Dean leave Sam so he can investigate the house some more. We find Phillip and ask him about what he had been doing. Sam finding a dead Phillip that had a knife in his back. When Sam, Dean & I got back together we soon found out we were hunting a shape shifter. We got a hold of silver knives to test the others and all of them came back to not be the shifter. When we remembered that we didn't test the detective we hear a scream from Olivia and run up to see that he was dead, Olivia unfortunately being the one who found the body. The family had started thinking we were the murderers and Dean tried to explain but Dash grabs the dead detectives gun, pointing it at us. They locked us in a room and we found a gun arsenal, shooting the door down. Sam entered a room with a gun and Olivia had a gun to, she shoot at him. Olivia then began to explain why she wanted to kill everyone. She was Bunny's daughter but was locked into the attic. Bobby killed her father, and was locked away because he was going to kill her but Bunny begged for her to live even though she was part shape shifter. Dean walked in quietly to try and kill her but was spotted. Olivia was going to shot him but I entered the kitchen and shot her with a silver bullet, killing her, I keep shooting her. When we left the manor, Dean asked me why I took more shots at her even though I had already killed her. Sam had thought it was the Mark taking over again, I just say it was probably my first kill since being cured and that I was anxious. As I said that Dean had a worried look, so did Sam. Before he could say anymore since I was in the passenger seat I turned our music on very loud before a conversation could start. Nothing else was said as we drove the rest of the night back to the bunker.
