What happens when a plan goes all wrong? That's easy! It doesn't work the way it's supposed to. When Nala Romero's mother is killed after one tragic night she is stuck living with her millionaire father who's rarely home. She has to move to a new town, make new friends and start over at a new school. She has some emotional baggage that keeps her from getting close to people. Her stepfather came home drunk one day and let's say things got kinda outta hand as in going to her own mother's funeral out of hand. She still gets nightmares of that night.
