i handed jack landon's carrier as i had landon pressed against my chest. he put his carrier into his jeep and then gave me a smile.

"all of his things are in the diaper bag, and please be sure to measure the formula right this time so he doesn't get another tummy ache." i begged jack while rolling my eyes.

"i got it, don't worry." he smiled at me and held his hands out for landon.

i handed him to jack and jack propped him up against his chest. i rubbed my finger lightly across landon's head and then placed a kiss on his forehead. after, jack placed landon into the car and then looked at me with a smile.

"what?" i ask.

he reaches into his pocket and pulls out what looks to be like two plane tickets.

"no -" i say but jack cuts me off.

"just hear me out, okay?" he says and i cross my arms over my chest and roll my eyes. "i think we should do it, for landon. just try to get along. it's just a trip as friends."

i looked into the car and saw landon sleeping with his lips parted slightly as a small smile played on his lips without him knowing.

"just think about it, okay? if you were to do it my parents already offered to watch landon."

"bye jack, i'll see you soon." i said and placed a kiss on his cheek while walking back to my car.
