A whole year after there first date, Mr gar was at the bodega in his office. Ko enid and rad were talking to ko while doing there shifts "so, let me get this straight squirt, you think Mr gar and you're mom are dating?" rad asked "I don't think there dating I KNOW their dating!" KO proved his point to rad
Enid looked at KO "I honestly don't see what the big deal is" ko was about to explode he jumped onto the counter and shook enid "it means Mr gar and my mom will get married making him my step dad!" Ko almost shrieked. "And?" Enid asked "Mr gar's heroins will rub off on me!" ko pointed out. "Ok then, can you stop shaking me?" Enid blabberd.
Later Mr gar walked out of the bodega holding a box with a ring, deciding weather or not to propose to carol, he then saw carol walking towards him "hi gene" she smiled at him, Mr gar quickly put the ring in his pocket "hey carol" he smiled at her and hugged her
"So, how are you?" Mr gar smiled at her "im good, gene how about you, honey." she snuggled his chest "I've been good aswell" he smiled and stroked her hair Carol smiled and blushed
ko saw this from the bodega as he was putting the supplies up.
"See?" ko smirked at rad and enid "they are dating!" ko giggled "well then." enid smiled ko giggled and jumped up and down
Carol kissed Mr gars cheek "I love you" she gleamed "I love you too"
Mr gar then thought for a moment "carol, there's something I'd like to tell you" Mr gar blushed "what is it?" she asked. Mr gar put his hand were the ring was "carol, I know we've been together for only a year, but we've known eachother much longer than that. Since we started dating I was glad to know we've gotten closer, and I think were close enough for me to ask you this," he bent down on one knee and pulled out the ring, carol knew exactly what was going on and she covered her mouth in shock not being able to speak "will you marry me?" he asked blushing a little. "Yes, yes gene I will!" carol hugged him Mr gar put the ring on her finger and kissed her lips
