NALU: A Dragons Princess

Meeting

Lucy pov:

"Princess, your father is waiting for you to come eat breakfast with him." My maid Levy said. "Coming!" I said back. I rushed down stairs and headed to the dining room and sat next to my father at our large empty table. I stared at the chair opposite me and looked down as servants placed food in front of me. "Lucy." My dad sighed while looking at me, "I'm going to go riding after breakfast." I said, my head still down. After breakfast I called Levy to help me get my horse, Snow, ready for an all day ride. "I'm not coming back to eat!" I said getting on Snow's back. Then I felt Levy put some extra bags on Snow's back and buckled them to the saddle. "I know what day it is. And I know you always go out for the whole day. So I packed you some food!" Levy smiled at me and I smiled back in thanks, then rode off.

In Lucy's mind

Todays the day. It came so fast, why did you leave me? Why....did you....sacrifice yourself....for me?

Mum!

I rode all the way to the middle of the forest where a small waterfall and lake lay. I tied Snow up against a tree and looked around the area. I picked flowers. Then I walked behind the waterfall, where my mother's gravestone was and I placed the flowers on top. "Mum.....I'm sorry. If I had just stayed out of the way......you might still be here!" I cried, I wiped away my tears and took a deep breath. Then I heard something outside the waterfall, a twig snap. I slowly walked outside, I saw nothing. Just as I walked a little further out, I saw someone. A human figure behind a tree. "Hay! Whoever you are come out!" I shouted, the figure slowly walked out into the light. It was a boy, looked to be around my age and with bright pink hair! "Who are you and what do you want?" I asked, "Why should I tell you?" He said, "Fine. You want to do this the hard way!?" I said walking to the lakeside. "What is a little girl like you gonna do?" He said, I pulled my whip out and lunged it at him. It coiled around him like snake. "You were saying!" I said, he was in utter shock. "AAAAAAAAAA. OK OK I'LL TALK." He screamed, "My Names Natsu Dr....just call me Natsu!" He said, "And what is your reason of being here?" I asked, "I come here to get away from everything!" He said.

In Lucy's mind

Comes to....get away! He's just like me. But I bout he's royalty.

Natsu pov:

We just stared at each other for a bit before she untied her whip. "So, what about you?" I asked, she looked down. "My name is Lucy and I come her to get away as well. But also.....today...is the anniversary of...my mothers death!" She said.

In Natsu's mind

She's.....like me!

"Sorry for your lose!" I said, the wind blow and I could hear the tree rustle. "So, what kingdom do you come from?" She asked, "Well.....you see" I hesitated, "Its ok if you don't wanna tell. In fact I'd rather not say either." She sat by the lakeside and gestured me to sit with her. We sat in silence, watching the waterfall. Then I broke the silence. I pulled out an orb from my pocket. "What's that?" She asked, "This orb can play any type of music out want!" I whispered to the orb. I put on the ground sand offered my hand. Music started to play and we danced for hours. Each hour we played a different type of music. Then Lucy sat me down and whispered to the orb. It played a soft and slow melody, she moved her feet and hands to the tune.

In Natsu's mind

Beautiful.

When the music stopped she fell to the ground and started crying. I ran up to her. "Hay, you okay?" I asked, "It's just that was my mum's favourite music." She cried, I whipped her tears away and helped her up. I looked up at the sky and saw how late it was. "It's late, I got to get back!" I said, I was about to leave when Lucy grabbed my skirt. "Thanks....and bye!" She said, I smiled at her. "Lets do it again tomorrow!" I pat her on the head, "I'd love to! Well I better be going!" She said, we both jumped on our horses and waved goodbye.

Lucy pov:

When I got home my dad was waiting for me with an angry look on his face! "Why are you so late?" He shouted, "I'm sorry, I lost track of time." I said, he looked at me as a disappointment and left. I started walking to my room, thinking.

In Lucy's mind

Why can't I be normal? Why do I have to be royalty? And....this power. I hate it. But....for once in my life....I made a friend....who didn't know me for what I am.....but for who I am. Thank you....Natsu!

After a long chat to myself in my head. I went to bed. I fell fast asleep, but also....that night....I had dream..about......Natsu!

Natsu pov:

I entered the hall and found my mother waiting for me, and she wasn't happy! "Why are you late?" She said, it almost seemed like her eyes were glowing red. "I uh...lost track of time!" I stuttered, my mum looked at me then left. I headed to my room.

In Natsu's mind

I wonder if Lucy will like that place? I'll take her tomorrow. Hehe.

"PRINCE NATSU!" ??? shouted, I turned my head and I saw Lisanna run at me with full speed, then she tried to hug me. Fortunately I dodged. I ran to my room and locked the door. "There's seriously something wrong with that girl!" I said to myself. After that parade I went straight to bed and fell asleep. That night....I had a dream..about......Lucy!
