"Happy birthday to you!

Happy birthday to you!

Happy birthday dear jihoon!

Happy birthday to you!"

My son, Jihoon, blew out his candles.

"Happy 5th Birthday, Jihoonie!" I exclaimed while taking his photo. He was simply adorable and he looked so much like Jimin

"Eomma Eomma! Can we get a puppy?!" He pulled on my shirt to get my attention

"Eomma Eomma! Can we get a puppy?!" He pulled on my shirt to get my attention. I kneeled down and looked him straight in the eyes.

"What kind of puppy?" I asked him and he thought about it.

"Jindo! Jindo!" He pleaded and I smiled. I guess one pet couldn't hurt.

"Of course but you need to ask Appa first," I told him and he smiled. He ran to his father who was on the other side of the yard talking with my mother.

He jumped up and down while talking to Jimin. I saw Jimin's proud smile. I love this man. I stood up and watched.

Jimin picked up our son and stared at him with a fondness in his eyes, which then traveled to mine. He walked over with Jihoon still in his arms and smiled at me. "Did eomma put you up to this?"

"No I wanted one! Jindo Jindo!" Jihoon exclaimed which made me chuckle.

"Well, anything for my strong and brave son, right Jagiya?" Jimin then turned to me and kissed my cheek. I felt my heart fluttering the same way it did my senior year of high school.

"Right-" I was interrupted by Hoseok swooping in and yelling.

"Hey Hey Hey! Look, it's the birthday boy! Jihoon, tell me, how old are you?" He put an invisible microphone in front of Jihoon's mouth, which caused him to giggle.

"Five!" My baby responded with a cheeky smile. Hoseok pretended to be shocked.

"I thought you were turning 20! My mistake! Well, have you had any of that cake yet?"

"No, ahjussi," Jihoon said and hit his 'uncle' on the head. I laughed at their interaction. He got his looks from his dad but his attitude from me. What an interesting kid.

"Well, well, well. If it isn't my baby sister's little boy," Min Yoongi came over and pried Jihoon from his father's laughing grasp. "Come to your uncle Yoongi and let me teach you about women."

"Oppa!" I yelled and he chuckled.

"What? If he looks anything like his father he'll be a chick magnet!" He looked at me defensively and I laughed. Same old grandpa Yoongi.

I turned to Jimin. "You see what your hyung is doing to your son? I will not have our child be a playboy, Jimin."

He laughed and wrapped his arm around my waist. "Well, we still have a long ways to go." He then kissed me.

So, in short, life is good. Life is amazing.

I'm living the dream working as the CEO of my mother's fashion company and Jimin enjoys being a successful Idol.

I'm happy, really.

And it was all because a shy girl sent a caring boy letters.
