The fight for Goth

School days

((Goth POV ))

It was great to see Cray again man the years go by fast. tomorrow was the first day of school I was so happy for the new clothes and supplies the new friends I was gonna meet. my first year of high school. I couldn't sleep but finally I drifted to sleep. 

Morning came finally! I put on the clothes I had picked out. I put on my new white sweater over a galaxy t-shirt, black jeans with rips in the knees and a pair of new light blue high tops that dad bought me. I knew my sense of fashion wasn't the best  but Palette really likes what I wear and that's all that matters. I ran down stairs to see mom at the table with toast and eggs I ate quickly before grabbing my backpack it was white and covered in paint mom told me that Ink made it for me. "aren't you forgetting something?" mom asked me. "OH!!" I turned and ran to give mom a hug and grab my lunch before I ran out the door towards Palettes house. "see you after school!!"

((Palette POV))

I got up and the first thing I thought was "school!" Goth and I were the kind of people who liked school and I for one was super exited. I got out of bed and put on brand new pair of rainbow faded pants and a zipper up sweater that had a huge star on the back and paint splattered all over. I loved the new clothes I got. I know that Goth helped me pick them out and I helped him do the same. I couldn't wait I ran down stairs and grabbed a glass of milk off the table before answering the door. "PALETTE!!" Goth said coming inside. Did you forget there was school?" Goth asked poking my arm. "No!" I said blushing a little. "we have to go!!!" Goth said grabbing my arm and my backpack. "okay okay." I said finishing my toast. We rand out of my house and down the street towards the school. Everything was fine until we were rudely interrupted by- "CRAY!!" Goth said hugging him as we ran up to him. "hey wassup bros!?" he said. "not much whats up?" I asked back. "I'm on my way to school you guys heading there too?" he said  starting to walk again. " yeah I'm so exited!" Goth said throwing his arms in the air with a enthusiastic tone in his voice. I put a hand on his shoulder. well you can't be like that in class you'll damage your perfect record." he gave me a playful frown. "I don't have a perfect record!" I raised a    skele-brow. "oh really Mr. 'I've never had a detention ever'." he playfully punched my arm. "that's not true!" 

we made it to the school. I got my class paper me and Goth were in every class together but science. goth had that one with Cray. The school day went pretty well. My favorite was art. Dad was the teacher, Goth looked amazing in the outfit I helped him find and Cray was nowhere to be seen. score! Lunch rolled around and Goth and I went to the library. "Palette you should see all the books. There's double the amount here!" Goth said looking at the list of genres they have. Goth always liked books so I can see why he would like it here. "you become the assistant librarian!" I suggested. "really? you'd think I could  do that?" he asked "of course who else you love books." I said dragging him to he front desk. "hello can I help you boys?" the librarian said. "yes! my friend loves books and was wondering  if the assistant librarian job was still open!"  I said pushing Goth to the desk. "h-hey!" Goth said to the librarian. "hello you cant start tomorrow. if you want." She said pushing her glasses so they stay on her nose. "s-sure!" Goth said "I'll be there!" the librarian smiled and clasped her hands. "good now you two go enjoy your lunch." she said and playfully shooed us away. "bye!" Goth said as we left the library. we walked the halls a little more before Goth checked his watch. "Oh! Palette I said I'd meet Cray outside the science room!" Goth said as he started walking away. "okay see you!" Goth waved. I waved back "see ya!" soon as Goth left the smile faded from my face. what was I feeling? Hatred, jealousy? It was hard to tell but all I knew was that........
