*skip some days*(Friday)
Ashley's pov: I woke up and remembered that today was Nicolette's last day here with me. I had a lot of fun with her. It's not like she's moving so that's good. We got ready and went outside. I'm really excited for today. Me and vinny are going to the boardwalk. Once we were outside vinny and mikey were out there waiting as usual.
Vinny:hey Ashley you excited about later
Me:yep
Mikey:what are y'all doing later
Me:we're going to the boardwalk
Mikey:oh
Once I said that mikey looked disappointed. Does he like me or something. I hope not because I'm not looking for a boyfriend right now besides me and vinny are only friends and it's not like going to a boardwalk is a date right. We finally got to school and for the whole day mikey looked sad. The good thing is that nick nor Brittany didn't bother me at all the whole day.
*after school*
I went out the school doors and saw mikey. I really needed to know what's going on with him. He didn't talk or look at me after this morning. I walked up to him.
Mikey:uh hey Ashley
Me:hey uh we need to talk
Mikey:about what
Me:you didn't talk or look at me after I said that me and vinny we're going to the boar- Wait no don't tell me your jealous of me and vinny going together are you
Mikey:uh I uh uhm no
Me:tell the truth
Mikey:ok fine I am
Me:aww mikey why didn't you just tell me
Mikey:because it's not like you would cancel the plans with vinny
Me:true but me and vinny are only friends
Mikey:but it doesn't look like it when y'all stare at eachother
Me:look mikey me and vinny are only friends so how about we go out somewhere wherever you want to go tomorrow as friends for the whole day
how does that sound
Mikey:ok
Me:but next time tell me the truth you don't have to lie
Mikey:ok but I really am sorry
Me:it's ok but I have to go now bye
Mikey:bye
I walked home and got ready for later. Tonight's going to be really fun. Vinny said he'll be here any minute. Then the doorbell rang. I opened the door and saw vinny.
Me:hey vinny
Vinny:hey you ready to go
Me:yep
We went outside and got in the vehicle. It was Bianca that was taking us.
Bianca:hey Ashley
Me:hey
We finally arrived and went to ride all the rides until we got dizzy. Then we ate somewhere. While vinny was ordering the food I went to sit at a table. Then I see Madison walk right pass me. He came with nick,Louis, and jason. Then vinny finally came with the food. He sat across from me. We were about to start eating until the guys came over. They sat down down next to us.
Madison:hey guys wait were y'all on a date.
Vinny:no we just came as friends.
Madison:oh ok do you mind if we crash with y'all
Me:uh we'll actually I do
Then they all looked at me.
Me:no don't think that way it's just I'm not comfortable being around some of y'all
I pushed nicks arm away that was around my shoulder. He tried putting it back around my shoulder but I got up and went to the bathroom.
Vinny's pov:
When Ashley left to go to the bathroom the guys turned to look at me.
Me:what
Madison:what was that about
Jason:yeah why wouldn't she be comfortable around me I'm not those kind of guys you know
Me:I think she is comfortable around jason and Louis but I'm not sure about you Madison. She hardly hangs with you. But I know for sure that she's not comfortable around nick
Then nick stormed out of the restaraunt. Once he left Ashley came back from the bathroom.
Madison:we'll were going to leave now bye
Me:bye
Ashley's pov:
After they left, me and vinny got on the Ferris wheel. It was very peaceful. Once we got to the top I started to get really sleepy.
Vinny:it's ok Ashley I'm always here for you and if you want go ahead and fall asleep if your tired I'll carry you to the vehicle
Me:thanks vin your such a great friend
I leaned my head against Vinny's shoulder and fell asleep.
Vinny's pov:
I wish I could have her all to myself but I know that ain't going to happen. I'm stuck in the friend zone. She looks so beautiful when she's sleeping. Once she fell asleep I put her on my lap and played with her hair. I wish she was mine.
We finally got to our houses and I wanted so badly for her to be in my arms tonight. I knocked on the door to her house. Her mom opened the door.
I took her to her room, layed her down, and tucked her in. Her arms were wrapped around my neck. I unwrapped her arms when she whispered I love you to me. I kissed her cheek and left.
I went home and got ready for bed. I couldn't stop thinking about what Ashley said. Did she really love me. Was it a dream she had. Was she just saying it as a sisterly way. All through the night I kept thinking about her.
