Dani and I’s engagement hasn’t spread, due to us being quite careful. It hurts a little that we can’t wear our engagement rings out of the house; we made a special box that lives next to the front door so that’s where we put them just as we walk out and put them back on just as we walk in.

“We need to decide on a wedding venue.” Danielle tells me, we’re sitting on the couch together and browsing through wedding magazines.

“Well, that depends on who our guests will be and how many?” I say back, straddling her as she sits on my lap.

“Maybe just both our immediate families?” She suggests, still browsing the glossy pages.

“You didn’t want any bridesmaids?” I ask her, craning my neck to look at her.

“They’re not a necessity, besides, I could get Ruth, Nicola and Sarah to do it if I wanted.” She shrugs, eyeing the models in big white dresses. “The only downer is that I know some of my friends will be disappointed they aren’t going to be bridesmaids.”

“Are you sure you don’t want to invite them?” I want to know that she doesn’t regret the decision we made about the wedding.

“Liam, we agreed we would do the wedding like this and I’m happy to. Are you sure you are?”

“Yes, definitely.” I answer quickly.

“Well that’s good then, because other wise you’d be setting yourself for disappointment. The woman always wins.” She smirks.

“I never get to win?” I ask with puppy eyes.

“Sorry sweetie, men and winning arguments don’t go together. It’s part of life.” She replies, kissing my frown in order to make it disappear.

“What about the North Pole?” I suggest randomly.

“The Artic?” She questions a little unsure. “That’s a little vague, The Arctic’s pretty big.”

“In the snow. You know what! We should honeymoon in a cabin in the snow.” I propose with wide eyes.

“We should go somewhere more romantic… SWITZERLAND!” She yells very loudly.

“It shall go on the list.” I tell her firmly.

“List. Really?!” She rolls her eyes. “We need a list?!”

“This is not something to be taken lightly Danielle Claire Peazer.” I say strictly.

“I know that.” She whines.

“Then why are you so against a list?!” I love her with all my heart, but she can frustrate me a little sometimes.

“I’m sold.”

“I’d better be off, have fun without me for the next few weeks.” I say, standing from the lunch table. Danielle and I are going on a four-day holiday this afternoon in order to build our relationship more before the wedding that’s happening soon.

“We’ll try.” Niall waves at me cheerily.

“I still don’t get why you’re going on a four day holiday 5 weeks before your wedding.” Harry expresses with hand gestures.
