Today we begin farming now that we have the water supply set up this is work I like I love working with hands and there's no better feeling than the pride that comes with making something yourself. I took some soil samples for Chelsey to test shes more the brains of this oppereaton i'm more of the hands and i can't say that I mind, but thats just because Chelsey makes that easy she understands unlike other people can't understand that people can be both. I might not be book smart per say but i'm self educated on so many things and to me i'm the smartest person i've ever meet but maybe that's just because I process like a computer. No one back home ever really thought i was smart but maybe that's because they didn't know the person they were talking to was fake made up to seem appealing to them. I remember being younger and not really thinking about this kind of stuff but instead wondering why people talked to me seemed to constantly be trying to break away. The test come back safe so I go about digging the holes and planting the seeds and Chelsey goes about building the rover so for today I just sit and i work and I listen to my music and i'm satisfied. Lunch rolls around and we sit on the steps up to the space pod eating out "Just Add Water" mashed potatoes from a bag Chelsey is talking about her working on the rover but I don't hear her I just hear the birds chirping quietly behind the thoughts in my head as I think about what ill say next, which is actually kind of funny because while there are dozens of thoughts flying around my head all the time and multiple conversations happening in there I never seem think before i speak it's almost like i forget what conversations are in my head and which are in real life so sometimes my thoughts come out harsh which I always regret because I don't want to hurt people's feelings but you can't change the way people hear things. We finished lunch early today but i had already finished my planting so figured id hang around Chelsey today while she worked on the rover and i got to be her car nurse handing her all the tools she needed it was fun we talked and she laughed I liked that she has a nice smile, it's the kind that when i see her smile it makes me smile like actually smile not just because it's what i'm supposed to do but because i'm happy?
