"How about you keep your mouth shut. Snitches get stitches, bitch." Samuel scoffed, letting the smaller delinquent's shirt collar go with a small shake, hitting them back onto the fence while dropping him onto the ground. He tossed his hair out of the way of his eye and scowled, watching the other delinquent hurry off. "Idiot." Samuel sighed in an annoyed tone and walked into the building, messing with the small chain connected to his belt loop. He glanced up hearing the dull buzz of the signal for meal time. He tucked his shirt over the chain, heading into the lunchroom and sitting at a table; chuckling a bit to himself as two other delinquents walked over.

"Yo Samuel how was break?" A tanned male with a tattoo sat down near him, moving a few food items over to him. "I saw Jason running in here like a bat outta hell." He laughed, shaking his head while opening up his water. The other delinquent pushed a cup of fruit over to Samuel while starting to eat his own food. "Was Jason trying to pick a fight with ya Samuel?" Samuel opened the fruit cup, taking a bite with a small smirk. "He tried to snitch to one of the officers about my little breakout attempt. I dealt with it though, so he shouldn't be snitching anytime soon... But I need a new strategy. I need to get out from the inside in... Ya know?" He clicked his tongue, tapping his spork on the fruit cup lid.

"Samuel Williams! Report to the main quarters!" The three slowly looked over at the Chief who was standing at the entrance. The two delinquents nodded, taking the food Samuel was going to eat and putting it in between them so he was able to eat it when he came back. Samuel kicked his chair back and got up, going over to the Chief and following him.

"You better start packing your bags boy. You're moving to a different area of the facility. You're getting placed with a cadet."

Samuel blinked in disbelief before his lips slowly curled into a mischievous grin, making sure the Chief didn't notice it. "Aye, sir. I'll have my items packed immediately!" He walked out of the office, walking down the hall before laughing to himself. "This is perfect! My plan shall now be set into action!~" He hummed, striding proudly to his room to retrieve his stuff.

"Here is where you'll be staying. The protocol is you are in this room at 9:00 PM and out of this room for breakfast at 8:00 AM." The Chief opened the door, allowing Samuel to enter the room and set his things down. "I'll have you meet your cadet. I have important things to get too. You stay there Samuel." Samuel forced a smile, nodding to show he understood. The Chief smiled and nodded a goodbye, shutting the door and walking off. Samuel groaned once he knew he was gone, laying back on the bed and crossing his arms.

A few minutes a shaky rattle of the door handle broke the peaceful quiet room. Samuel jolted up, looking at the door as a messy-haired blonde boy steeped in, blushing a little and hiding behind the door. "I-I'm sorry if I disturbed you!" Samuel raised an eyebrow, getting off the bed and looking down at him. "I'll let this slide." Now that Samuel was standing he could tell the height difference between them. 22 cm. height difference to be exact.

"So what's your name little man?" Samuel sneered, leaning his weight to one side in a cocky manner. The blonde male squinted up at him, his face staying a flushed red. "Finny. Cadet Finny to you Samuel."
