The next morning, Gary woke up hungry for vengeance.

But how could he outsmart Lena, if she was such a trickster? He thought of many ways of getting revenge but ended up discarding them since he felt none of them were actually brilliant enough to do the trick, which of course made him feel miserable and he didn't say much during breakfast.

The clock was against him and he didn't have many options. So he appealed to his last resort: Rodrigo, who was surprisingly willing to tease Lena.

"We'll go to a nearby lagoon in about an hour. So you have sixty minutes to make this work, got it?"

"I think I do."

"Confidence is the key, dude!"

"Ok... I got it."

"Nice."

Thanks to Rodrigo's ideas and encouragement, he thought he could pull it off. He took some of his brother's dirty clothes, custard cream from one of the kids, and other stuff. Lena was still asleep, dreaming of more ways to torture her brothers, unaware of what would happen next.

She woke up to Gary pressing an air horn. She screamed bloody mary, getting up in a jump from her sweet dreams. As soon as she did, her head clashed against a plate with custard cream. To make matters worse, she thought she saw a figure outside her camper. Confused and scared, she ran outside, collided against a bunch of dirty clothes that smelled really, really bad. Teenage boy bad. When she looked up to find whoever was guilty of this, she saw Jeff and instantly thought he must be guilty. Gary was there, too. But there was no way mommy's boy would be guilty.

"You.... you will pay!" she exclaimed, dramatically.

"Hey, that wasn't me!" Jeff was laughing so hard tears were running down his face. This was the first time in years Lena actually fell for a joke. And it happened in front of everyone.

"Liar! Liar!" she threw some of the cream towards them. She looked like she was about to explode but after a couple of seconds, she laughed hard. "Karma got me good."

Gary was laughing too, and even if it was somehow rude to his sister, he still loved her and would apologize... tomorrow. First, he would enjoy his day.

The small visit to the lagoon was fantastic. Rodrigo asked Gary if he was satisfied with the results of his joke. "It was funny but I dont get why you guys do this kind of stuff all the time." he replied. The other guy shrugged, some things had no real explanation, they just were the way they were.

Rodrigo's parents talked about the history of the lagoon and how it came to be. Now that was something he thought was more interesting than jokes. They saw a lot of fishes and Gary took a lot of pictures with his camera.

They all had a good time, and even Lena seemed to forget what happened before. But that was all passenger, because when they were coming back home, they thought of something funny to do for their birthday. They always did large parties, that was bound to happen with three kids, but this time they wanted something different.

A heist... for eternal glory.
