Lynn's POV

"Excuse me? You got beat up?"

"Yeah. Some guy I didn't get a good look he had green eyes. But I'm okay. But they threatened me to stay away from you."  I gripped my phone. And by the look Jason was giving me I was pissed.

"Leo I'm sorry. I'll come by later to see you. Get some rest."

"You don't have too."

"I do." I hung up and rubbed my fast let out an aggressive sigh.

"So who is Lynn going to beat up?"

"Chase." I got out off the couch grabbing my keys.

"What? Why?" Jason quickly followed me to my car trying to put his jacket on.

"He beat up Leo!" Jason looked confused for a moment. As we got into the car.

"Why?"

"To stay away from me that's why!" I started driving. "Ask Luke where he works or something cause he's going to get a piece of my mind."

Jason said nothing but I heard the clicking sound from his phone.

"Morgan's mechanics. Luke works with him. He's there." I said nothing as I turned around going straight to the mechanics.

As we got there I saw Chase talking to some guy. I quickly pulled up and parked. Chase looked over and raised a brow at me.

"WHAT THE HELL IS YOUR PROBLEM!?!?" I shoved him as I got to him glaring. Jason held me back. Luke came running out.

Chase looked confused. "Uhh what do you mean, 'what's my problem?'"

"You beat up my date last night that's what!!" I glared and Chase looked at Jason then Luke.

"Lynn I don't know what your talking about. I was working last night at a club. Which was downtown. And your dating again?"

"Don't play games Chase !" I hissed.

"Lynn he's telling the truth. He took over my shift there for me so I could hang with Jason."

"Then what some guy with a pair of green eyes just so happens to beat my date and say stay away from me. Sounds just like something Chase would do."

Chase looked hurt by what I said. I didn't care. Fuck him. Wait no you care. Oh fucking hell.

"Just stay away from me and Leo !" I glared at him and went back to the car slamming the door shut me being in the passenger seat. Jason would drive.

Jason's POV

I looked at Lynn shocked then back at Chase and Luke.

"I uhh I don't know what she's talking about Jason. Honestly. Who's Leo? And when did she start dating again?" I know Chase well enough to know he doesn't lie or beat people up for no reason. Even when it came to Lynn.

"Last night. But it's weird you've come back into town then this happens. You know." I crossed my arms looking at Chase. Avoiding eye contact with Luke a bit.

"Look I wouldn't hurt anyone to hurt Lynn. I don't want to hurt her again. I know I can be an ass..."

"A big ass." I interrupted him he sighed.

"Okay a big ass but I wouldn't want Lynn sad or hurt. I want her happy and safe. But if there's someone out there hurting people she's close to. Or dating even. I'm not that type of guy.

"You weren't the type to cheat yet you did Chase."

"Jason I had no choice. I had to be an ass towards her."

"Why?" I glared at him. Luke got between us.

"You two knock it off. Who cares now. There's some crazy out there who will beat someone up jsut to have Lynn. Who knows who this fucking person is. All we know is he has green eyes too." Looking st Luke he was stressed and tense.

"Come by the House after you two are done working Justin will be home after he takes Carter to her appointment. We'll talk this through. I'll get carter to get Lynn out for awhile. While we figure this out."

Chase and Luke agreed. I went back to the car and Lynn was fuming.

"What did he say." She grumbled as we got back on the road.

"He said he didn't do it. He wouldn't want to hurt you again basically."

She let out a scoff. "Hurt me again? Why would I let him hurt me or anyone again." I looked at her and frowned.

After that night weeks after Chase broke up with her she changed. She's different now. Don't get me wrong I love her like a sister proud she wants to protect her self. But now it seems it's all she can do. Last night was her freedom and now this.

Some crazy is wanting to hurt her or people around her. But why?

Third Persons POV

While Jason and Lynn left. Chase and Luke kept talking about this situation going on.

While someone watched them. He was angry. She isn't noticing him. But Chase. Always Chase. Chase is the problem. And Chase had to go. But Lynn. God he wanted Lynn for himself. Nobody would be perfect for her. Only him. Treating her like a queen like she deserves. The mystery person watched intently his phone buzzing in his pockets. With out looking away he brought the phone up to his ears.

"Did it work?"

"Yes Leo it did work."

"Good. You'll have Lynn soon so will I." The guy smirked on the other end Leo was smirking as well. "You didn't have to beat me like this you know."

"Sorry."

"Well keep watch. Lynn is coming by later. Come by around 8 tonight. We'll see what we can do then with her." They hung up after an Okay and a bye.

The man couldn't help but want Chase dead. But if he did it would hurt Lynn tremendously. But hurting him wouldn't be hurting her would it?
