The Way it Started Out

Chapter 1

Isabel's POV

I hesitantly knocked on the door to Carter's house, needing to know weather my house keys where there or not. It was getting cold outside now, well what do you expect, it's October and we are in Toronto.

Carter finally opens the door, with a questioning Look on his face, I give him a quick peck on the cheek before I run up to his bedroom searching for my keys. Carter and I had been dating for the last 8 months, and everything was great, we hung out almost every day after school and we were closer than ever.

I was searching like a crazy woman.

Yes! Found them! I shrieked as I ran back downstairs have Carter another peck on the cheek and ran out the door before he had time to question me. I had called Hailey to come pick me up and drive me home, she was outside the door and I jumped in the car.

'What was that all about!?'

'Lost my keys, have to be at graduation in like 1 hour'

'Oh Grady's?'

'Yupp' I replied popping the 'p'

Grady was my cousin, we were very close, seeing we had gone to the same school since pre-K and we hung out all the time, he was finally graduating and I was not about to be late to that!

We finally arrived in front of my big White House, I thanked Hailey for driving me, and stepped out of the car, opening my house and sprinting up into the shower.

Not realising that I had received a text from Justin. -----------------------------------

There you have it. First chapter, sorry it was a bit boring, just trying to introduce the characters
