The sky was eighty five percent dark. There was no glint of the moon or stars. It seemed as if the Earth had orbited out of its normal circle an wandered to a strange part of the universe that was scary and neglected. The air is chilly which penetrated the interior of my bone and made me have a bad time. But it is all wiped out when there's a notif that pop-up in my messenger.
Message from Dale:
"Good evening Thea. I am inviting you to have a "friendly date" tomorrow. If you don't mind."
As I read this my heart beats to the fullest and cultivated a natural blush on my cheeks.
"Sure. Why not, haha" I replied
"Yeah. Tomorrow 8 am at Pythagoras Cafe, ok? See you there..."
Mygoshhh! My ultimate crush which is also my "friend" invited me and I can't help myself but to shout all over my room. I planned everything from my looks, outfit and even proper attitude for tomorrow. As in they are all settled. I also keep imagining for scenarios that will happen and I made them all positive until I fell asleep.
Luis took me to a hidden but beautiful place. By hidden, I don't mean to say that it was located in the depths of some forest, close to a game park or stuff like that. It was within the border lines of the town but at unexpected spot. It was built on the wrong location in other words, just behind a string of industrial firms, where it was the only cafe around. I loved its appearance nevertheless.
We ordered two cups of coffee and one big vanilla cake and then we sat to discuss a number of things while we were waiting for our order to be served. His gaze was cemented on my face as we spoke throughout. I could tell that the guy was seriously attracted to me... that I was his beauty queen and he liked me to the hilt.
"Have you ever dated before, Thea?" he asked.
"Of course, I have. But none of those relationships lasted longer than my school terms. They were not right fitfor me. I guess." -thea
"You don't have to guess that. You have to be certainly sure about it. They did not fit in with you and you did not fit in with them for a purpose which only the Almighty God know. I have feeling that we would make a wonderful couple if me gave things a try... I mean if we courted each other" he explained seriously.
I was starting to feel ashamed. I hung my head down and I spoke in a very low voice. I was feeling butterflies in my stomach.
"What are you trying to say Dale?"
"I am trying to say that you should give it a try with me. You should think about falling in love again, Thea. Falling in love with a guy who is perfect for you, who is like in a number of ways and who cares a lot about you. I am confident that I am that guy. I will never let you down I swear. I will never leave you for another woman and I will never do something deliberately just to hurt you" he added.
I feel the intense tension on my seats. I'm so speechless that time but my heart shouts as it want to go outside and give Dale a kiss remark. But I did not let it happen. Everything is under control(idn'thnkso).
"And what I am going to do if you ever break your promise? Should I cut your tongue out or should I cut off your right hand?!" I asked him sarcastically.
He moved closer to me and he stroked my mustache with his good-humored hand.
"Are you really sure about that?" I uttered.
His gazed softened and I felt the innermost part of my flesh melt deliciously. I had never been this love-struck in my entire life.
"Of course I a...."
There were noisy shrieks all of a sudden. My cutie cat continuously scratching the door plus the non-stop spilling out of "meow, meow". I was accidentally woke up. Exhaling my breathe. There's a long pause before I've finally realized I'm just dreaming. Those are just "wildest dreams!".
It made me instantly wild as I threw my alarm clock to my ***** cat. Pashnea!
