Unexpected

Hayden's pov

A giant smile that I cant control appears on my face as those words come out of his mouth. I blush and look down, is this seriously happening?! Hayes Grier is asking ME on a date...me? Without thinking about what could go wrong I answer his question.

"Yes," I say loudly smiling. He smiles back. Then everyone looked my way and I forgot I was in a movie theater! I giggle a little and they continued watching the movie.

After the movie it was already pretty late, 11:00. We were all pretty tired.

"Hey guys how was the movie?" Taylor asked when he saw us at the entrance to the theater. Wait, Taylor?! I looked at him confused and he got the message.

"Oh Nash was busy so he asked me to pick you guys up," he explained. I nodded cause I didn't feel like talking and was distracted by Lele's somewhat annoying voice.

"It was awesome!" She said in that perky voice of hers acting all girly. Ugh she annoys me for some reason, I guess its just all that girly ness I don't like.

Taylor led us to his car and we all squished in the back. After about 5 minutes on the road Taylor said something unexpected.

"So Hayes did you ask her out?" Taylor chuckled. My eyes widened and I looked at Hayes. His mouth was gaping open and he was blushing looking down. Tayvion had a smirk plastered on his face and Lele had her hands over her mouth and she looked like someone had just died.

"Yea actually he did," I said smiling. Hayes just laughed and Taylor congratulated him.

"Are you ready Hay?" Hayes asked. I smiled and nodded after I touched up my hair a bit and we headed out. I was wearing a floral high low dress with lace on the top and wedges with some cute bracelets. I curled my hair too and wore my flower crown and a bit of eyeliner and mascara.

"You look beautiful Hayden Reed Le, you know that?" Hayes said smiling. He was wearing a dressy collared elbow shirt with a cute tie and some jeans. I blushed and answered him.

"I love you too Hayes Benjamin Grier."

We were walking somewhere but Hayes wouldn't tell me! I noticed we were walking into the woody part of town and I got a little scare cause nobody ever really comes here so I grabbed a hold of Hayes arms. He noticed my fear and put his arm around me to pull me closer.

"Are you cold?" Hayes asked. I looked at him and he wasn't even wearing a jacket!

"Hayes! You aren't even wearing a jacket yourself!" I giggled. He laughed.

"Yea but I can warm you like this!!" He yelled and then he suddenly picked me up and gave me a huge warm hug. I calmed down and the whole walk I couldn't stop thinking about that hug!

After a couple more minutes we reached a large meadow with a bunch of colorful flowers! How did I not know about this place!

"Hayes! How do you know about this here?" I asked. He smiled and simply replied, "I just do."

I hugged him and kissed him on the cheek and whispered thank you. He smiled and led me to the middle of the meadow and we both sat down. He had his arm around my waist and I was snuggled into his chest. I sat there relaxing for a bit and than I felt Hayes shifting. He pulled a long box out of what seemed like nowhere and gave it to me. I smiled surprised and kissed him on the cheek. I slowly opened it and it was the cutest thing ever! It was a necklace that said "Mrs. Grier" on it! I laughed and pulled it out of the box. He smiled and put it on me.

"Thank you so much Hayes, I mean you really didn't have to get me a gift on our first date!" I said wondering how much it cost.

"Well I wanted to, I would do anything for you Hayden Reed Le," he said smiling. I blushed and hugged him tight. I never want to let go...
