I finally got the courage to ask Lolita♡ to the dance. I bought some flowers and a small card and hand delivered it to her in the food court where she usually hangs out with her friends. Start was of course there as well. When I finally walked up to her, she waved at me and gave me a warm smile. At that point, my heart was gelatin. Once I gave the card and roses, she smiled and I managed to get a blush from her cheeks. I couldn't even understand myself. Did she really like it? My heart was melting by the second. She opened the card and read it out silently to herself. Her friends were giggling up a storm and I couldn't do anything because I had to wait for her answer and was too embarrassed to pull the "cool kid" look, and leave. When she finished, she looked up at me and said yes. My head, at that moment, became fireworks. I tried my best to hold in my happiness. Her friend suggested we should spend the day before together, just to see if we should go together. Bonus points!! My brain was doing a handstand over a ring of fire and I couldn't control myself. Once I had finally relaxed myself, I noticed Start glaring at me with that kind of look you see from a man ready to kill. Seeing him, I had already began to walk faster. I'm probably on his kill list for sure. I would hope that I don't die a gruesome death in the next few days. I would like to live at least until Sunday. This is going to be an amazing week. It's already seeming to look like it!
Cheers to a new week!
Sincerely,
-N
