At first feeling onto of the world, 100% body confident. Not letting a single comment bring you down.

It's all good until those comments start coming from those you love.

Then 100% goes to 12%.

Body confident goes to I fucking hate myself

And before you know it you a hunched over the toilet bowl Bringing back up the minimal food you are 2 minutes ago.

Everyone tells you,
"Well done for eating"
Or.
"I'm proud of you"

Well I don't care.

I might have eaten now but it's not staying where it is.

If I want to get a smaller waist I have to eat minimal food, to extortionate exercise and not be afraid when it comes to not eating.

It is going to make me feel better about myself anyway
