It was just a week before their X-Factor tour and all of them had gone to visit their parents for the break, as they had been away from their homes even after the show was done, recording for their debut album. So, it was probably a good idea to give them some time off.
So, when Louis entered his house taking everyone by surprise, his mother hugged him tightly crying with joy on his shoulders, which was every mother's right, and his sisters tackled him to the ground. All in all, you could say that 'happy' was an understatement to what they were feeling when they saw him.
So, just when he had spent his most time with his family, he had to go to Wolverhampton where he was supposed to spend the weekend with the boys in Liam's house since Mr. and Mrs. Payne were so kind enough to invite them, and they couldn't say no because when Liam had been on a date with his now finally girlfriend Danielle on the last day of their X-Factor tour, Mrs.Payne had tears in her eyes and she hugged each of the four of them and thanked them for being in Liam's life and making him feel like he owns the world. It was then that they gotta know that Liam had never had 'real' friends before he met the boys. They didn't know it, well of course, except Zayn who seemed to know more about Liam than Liam himself.
Later on Zayn had told the three of them that they mean so much to Liam that he really couldn't express it, and that he had an inferiority complex because he was bullied in school. Most of all, it hurt the boys so much when Zayn, with a hurt and angry look had told them that when Liam threw a party on his sixteenth birthday and invited all his friends, they who were so excited to be on his party, didn't show up, not even a single on of them.
"That's a cruel thing to do, especially to a sweetheart like Liam." Niall had said with a sad face, and the rest of the boys didn't even think of not agreeing to it.
And although they knew that they wanted to spend time with their family and girlfriend, in case of Louis, they couldn't just disagree to spend the weekend with Liam, in his house, especially when Zayn had said, "Our families love us, now just let's show how much we love Liam, and how much more he deserves." That was right, Zayn was right, well he was always when it came to Liam, Louis didn't know how, but he was.
So, they indeed knew how much Liam deserved and agreed to spend some time with him in his childhood bedroom (or as Harry calls it ,'The Cradle') and show him that he was the gem that had to be protected.
Well if you talk about Louis's love life, it was not really going well. Hannah had started complaining about the lack of time she gets to spend with her LouBee, as she called him. They had not really fought but it was evident that they were not really all happy and in love as they were before. Reason was not Louis's fame nor was it Hannah, nor was it the point that he loved his newfound four brothers from other mothers, since Hannah understood that they meant so much to him. It was just that that Hannah was a little hurt thinking that maybe those boys held a place in his heart so wide that there was no place for her anymore.
So the day Louis was all set to jump off to Wolverhampton, Hannah came into his house all happy and giggly as it was supposed to be their last date before he went to London, to do some recording. They always did it since they started dating. Every Friday, they would have a date. To be honest, they have had dates in weird places, for example, they had their first date in the library. But Hannah was happy because it was special and how many people have dates in library?
But when she entered Louis's, she was all confused seeing Louis packing up. "What are you doing?" she asked, eyebrows furrowed.
Realization hit like a lightening to him when he remembered that he had forgot to mention going to Liam's for the weekend. "Umm, hi babe." he said with a nervous smile.
