"If nothing lasts forever," you smirked at the beginning of my pick up line, "will you be my nothing?"

The moment of silence between us was way too embarrassing than I predicted, but your laugh after relieved me.

"Let's be nothing then, shall we?" I remember nodding my head too fast, that you made fun of how I looked like a child asking for a candy.

But later that I know that you are anything, but nothing. You are every single thing. You are the late night dinner. You are the small street leads to nowhere. You are the rain under the bright sun. You are the laugh on our way home. You are the uncertainty of what we were exactly.

But then again, we were everything.
— that's why we don't last forever.
