"Where am I?"
Jake noticed he wasn't in his own room, he saw the pink walls.
He decided to get out of this unfamiliar bed and navigated my way around this empty house, he noticed he needed the bathroom so he went to the bathroom and unzipped his zipper and tried to pee when he noticed a wet feeling in his pants, he looked down and shouted loudly as he noticed he wasn't male he was female, he dared himself to look but didn't as he realised he's in someone else's body.
And he also noticed he peed himself
