You hate your skin it's always ether too oily or too dry and cover with red bumps. On you nose, chin and forehead and you just think it is gross. Stefan on the other hand didn't seem to mind in fact he has never even mentioned it.

It was Friday finally! You were at school if was just after last period ready to go on your date with Stefan. Your were waiting for him outside of history he was in your sister's Caroline class who was a year above you.
You look around seeing if you knew anyone as you felt awkward standing on your own. You saw an group of 3 girl giggling, they all had long bleached blonde wire like hair and bright orange fake tanned skin.
They all look back at me
"Yuck look at her face"
"That's disgusting she needs to wash her face more"
"Hey pizza face, every heard of a thing called soap, maybe you should try it some time?"
They all start laughing again
I could feel tears burning in my eyes
Just then Alaric open his door with a smile plastered his face
"Now get out, you horrible lot."Alaric laughed this normally would have made you smile but right now you felt like crying. You heard people leaving the class. You turn around to leave not wanting anyone to see you cry especially not your friends. Then you heard and loud bang behind you but you didn't turn around you just continue walking
If you had you would have seen your sister (Caroline)pinning one of the girl to the locker.
"Don't you dare say anything about my little sister I will kill you" Caroline literally screams at the girl
She let go and the girls run off scared.
Stefan looks very confused as he had not heard what the girls had said.
Caroline told him though gritted teeth what they had said still outraged. He then turned the corner to look for you to see if you were okay, he walked past the cleaner cupboard
When he hear you crying he felt his heart break.
"y/n?"
He opened the door carefully making sure you weren't behind it. You quickly wipe away tears to try and cover up that you were crying ever though it was obvious.
He hugged you tightly and whispered "what they say wasn't true" and "they just jealous"
"What do they have to be jealous of" you said looking down at your shoes
Well 1 you have an amazing boyfriend 2 your smart, funny, beautiful" making you blush "and you hair doesn't resemble straw" he adding making you laugh
"I love you"
"I Love you too"
