After freshen up a little, I took my laptop from the table and lied front facing on my bed. Opening up Facebook, I scrolled down the older notification and stop on one of Nick messenger.
“Anne, where are you?”
“You have been missing all day,”

“Anne, have you submitted your thesis?”
“Anne, just meet me somehow, I need you to listen,”

I heard the last message from him. It was a song, acoustic song he played.

I sit up straight against the headrest. My knees on my chest, where my head rested. I never knew he could sing so well. His voice is so mesmerizing yet calming..., my soul? I wonder how it would sound if he is singing live, in front of me. I smile to myself.
Suddenly my phone blinked.

Me : Hey there.
Nick : I see you have read my messages.
Me : Yeah.

‘what's with him, a sad face?’ I grinned, quickly reply.

Me : idk, maybe myself.

Me : you did nothing, Nick. I shouldn't have just run away. this is ridiculous Nick.

Nick : I have known you for so long enough for me to admit this. Ever since Derek’s picked on you in our middle school. To the moment we became friend, helped each other, accompanying each other, always together with each other, I have love you ever since. Anne, you never knew my feeling when I kissed you the first time. I knew it was your first kiss. Yet I can't help myself.
I wait for him to continue. I am almost typing something when another message come in.
Nick : I never late asking Stephanie to the prom, I never asked her. I want to go to the prom with you. I am messing up with her, because I want to see you, responding to me, to my feeling. But you, knowing yourself, you will just smile when I tell you any ridiculous story about us.

To say I am surprised, it may be overstatement, I am embarrassed actually. I can feel my cheek red.

I read his last message. The emoticon. And the truth is, I don't know what I should type on this keyboard. It takes me a few minutes, I guess to come out with something but I was too clueless to think of anything right now.
Nick : I guess you have sleep, I hope you read all of my nonsense tomorrow.
Nick : Goodnight, Anne.
I read his new messages. I don't know, I should reply something already!

Me : You know what? Actually, this game have ended. Yeay!
