Halloween came, Emily and Eve picked out two costumes, Eve was Scar from The Lion King and Emily was a killer clown! They became the greatest of friends, and so close they were almost felt like twins! They both visited Mackenzie's house twice a week and they went to school after skipping it for so long. Every one was so friendly to Eve and she even met the people that played basketball with her! One week when Eve and Emily went to Mackenzie's house, Rosie and Josh were not there!
"Where are Rosie and Josh?" Eve asked
"Home" Mackenzie replied.
"What do you mean?! I thought they lost their parents?!" Emily butted in
"Their parents were looking for them today, I had to turn them in" she told the two girls, starting to cry.
"Don't worry, you will still get to visit them!" Eve chirped.
"I suppose, they live in that house there, " she said, pointing to a red brick house. Since then everything worked out perfectly.
