For a while, I thought that love and like are the same thing.

Turns out it's not.

Like is you like something just for a short period of time.... Then you will erase that memory you made with the person you like quickly.

Love is like a drug. Sweet but painful,you encounter it with all your heart. And yes,the memos will be in you head for an eternity.

I really cherish her a lot and yes— she's my first love. We met at college when we bumped each other and fortunately now we are a couple.

But the now I mean is like— 5 years ago.

•Flashback•

Author's POV

After graduating college, they decided to settle down and buy a house in Seoul. Taehyung has driving license,so it makes it easier for the both of them to go anywhere.

Eventhough they are in love with each other,but they thought it will not be nice if they sleep together like—y know what I mean.... And that's why they have seperate rooms for each other.

One day, Taehyung was assigned to continue his studies abroad.
"Will you be okay?" Asked Tae." Yeah, I will." Said Chaerim,but in a way that makes Taehyung more curious.

She never said to Taehyung about any other men that she met before, and that was absurd, Taehyung thought.

But she said not to worry much as she can take care of herself because she said that her bff is gonna stay with her while Taehyung is off aboard.

"That's okay,she's mature now. Of course I can believe my true love."
Taehyung smiled at Chaerim's figure and began to walk to the door.

They waved each other goodbye and there leaves Chaerim— alone in the house for the next four years.

Taehyung's POV

"OMG! Tae! You're going to get a job when you get back to Korea! The whole university is rooting for you,man!!" Said Jimin, a friend of mine. I just smiled seeing all my friends holding their scrolls and waving them in the air. We just graduated university and I'm so proud!

Yes. I had a master degree in arts and performing. And when I come back,I am sure to apply and get a job.

Oh,Chaerim is gonna be so proud of me. I should call her to know I'll be back home next week.

Or...should I surprise her?

Yes,she will be happy to see me with amazing grades.
