Tomas of house Lannister and Baratheon (Baelerion Fireborn of House Targaryen) was born with brown eyes and brown hair. Even though he is the creation of Aerys II and Rheaella of house Targaryen, this is the biggest reason that Robert took him as his own.
Daenerys was born first with silver hair and blue eyes. She had escaped with Viserys, leaving him behind. Rheaella died after giving birth to Baelerion. Robert stormed Dragonstone to find Baelerion in a cot crying. He pulled a dagger from his belt and raised it high into the air. He looked at the new born, it reminded him of his son who he lost at birth. He dropped the dagger and picked the baby up. Tears welling in his eyes, he whispered "my son". With news that the other Targaryen children had fled, he sent ravens far and wide saying 'The Targaryens are dead'. He didn't want to kill the innocent Daenerys and Viserys, but he made sure people knew that Baelerion was dead, so his siblings would never come back for him . He returned to Kings Landing with the Targaryen baby. Cersei didn't need convincing. This was the son her and Robert had been waiting for. That night, they wept in joy, knowing they had started their family and dynasty. They promised to never tell him who he really was, and from that moment on, He was known as Prince Tomas of house Lannister and Baratheon. Over the next 19 years, he would have 2 brothers, Joffrey and Tommen, and his sister Myrcella. He never knew who he really was, he lived the lie Robert and Cersei told him. This was his family...until' Joffrey was Betrothed to Margaery of house Tyrell.
As of Daenerys and Viserys, thry spent the next 17 years in essos, running from assassins. Not having knowledge that their younger brother had survived, they named themselves the last Dragons. Daenerys was eventually sold off as the wife of the Dothraki horse lord 'Khal drogo' which a love flourished like no other. Viserys died after ,threatening Daenerys unborn child, having a pot of molten gold poured on his head. Daenerys was the last known Targaryen. Khal Drogo was murdered by a witch, she led the rest of her Khalisar through the red waste to Quarth which she took after the lords tried to kill her, which she killed. Along slavers bay, she took the cities of Astapor, Yunkai and Meereen . She took a slave army of 9000 men and freed them, only for them to help her in taking the seven kingdoms back. She freed 200,000 or more slaves from slavers bay and was named queen of Meereen and Slavers bay. She rules as a queen, but soon will face someone that will change her life forever.
