when i woke i heard small giggles coming from around the bed i way laying in and i saw a camera flash just before i opened my eyes! ZARA AND PAIGE!!! what were they going to think happened last night???
*present time*
Hannahs Pov
OMG what were paige and zara thinking happened last night? nothing happened last night but they dont know that! ahhhhh! jake hasnt woken up yet so i slowly got up making sure i didnt wake him up and followed zara and paige downstairs to the living room so i could explain myself. when we were in the living room i quickly closed the door so i could explain but just as i was about to speak zara beat me to it. "HANNAH THE THE HELL HAPPENED LAST NIGHT???" zara yelled/whispered. i could feel tears brimming in my eyes because of how zara had just yelled at me. i know she didnt mean it but i was very confused as to why they had even thought what they were thinking happened last night. i could tell what they were thinking by the look in their eyes when they found me earlier. they thought that i had slept with jake even thought they should know that i would never ever ever do that ever in my life! "you think i slept with him dont you?" i was completely schoked and horrified and really upset when both of them nodded simultaneously.
luckily i had got dressed before we had had this little chat because as soon as they nodded i just ran. i ran and ran and never wanted to stop. i didnt hear anyone running after me because my heart was beating so loudly but that didnt mean that they werent. i also didnt see or hear the car coming towards me either. i suddenly felt a shooting pain go through my right side and it all suddenly went black........
Zaras pov
"you think i slept with him dont you?" both me and paige nodded. when you walk into agirl and a boy in the same bed you sometimes automatically think the worst. before i culd say anything else she was already out of the door. as soon as i snapped out of the freeze i was in i ran straight after her. she either didnt hear us or was ignoring us but as soon as i saw her running towards the road i tried my hardest to speed up. i saw what i think was a ford fiesta come out of no where heading in hannahs direction. both me and paige were screaming her name so loud but it was too late. she was laying in the road, knocked out cold. we ran over to her as fast as we could and saw theback of the ford driving away as fast as it could. THEY DIDNT EVEN STOP TO SEE IF SHE WAS OKAY!! I MEAN WHAT THE HELL!!! i saw paige rapidly dialling 999 and i rang jake. about 5 minutes later the ambulance came and took her away paige road with her and i ran back to the flat to get jake and go to the hospital.
jakes pov
i felt someones arms unravelling from around my waist. i shivered at theloss of contact but fell straight back asleep again. that was until i heard the front door slam shut. i sat bolt upright and went to the living room to see it empty. i figured paige hannah and zara must have gone out for something. about 10 - 15 minutes later my phone started playing a pentatonix song. i ran to pick it up to see it was zara. it sounded like she was crying and running at the same time. i was very worried when she wouldnt reply my attempts to ask if she was okay. when she finally managed to speak all i could make out was "hannah....car....hospital......now" i started to panic. soon i heard the front door open and close again. i ran to it to see zara in floods of tears. she ran to me and i embraced her until she had calmed down a little, well enough to explain what had happened. "hannah has been hit by a car. she is on her way to the hospital with paige but we need to go now!!!!!" she said quickly but i understood the most important parts. i grabbed a pair of sweats, a t-shirt and a pair of converse and then grabbed my wallet and began to follow lauren down the street to the tubeto get the train to the hospital (what dont judge it was quicker and easier than walking) *a/n i have no idea if this is true but lets just pretend it is for the purpose if the story*
Paiges Pov
i was now in the back of the ambulance with hannah. i was in floods of tears. i tried to control myself and stop my tears but everytime i did that i looked at hannah and they started again. we managed to get to the hospital in about 10 minutes. hannah was still alive but only just. i cudnt bare to see her in this position all because of what me and zara thought. by the time we were at the hospital, they had rushed hannah into one of the roons and one nurse guided me to the waiting room where i was told to wait. as i waited i managed to calm my tears. soon the doors opened and in came zara and jake. i ran over to them and we all hugged for about 5 minutes. when we broke apart we all sat down in silence. jake broke the silence when he asked "so why the hell did all of this happen anyway?" both me and zara managed to explain what had happened without breaking down into tears. jake just sat there shocked by what we had just said but that was soon wiped away when a doctor walked into the room and sat down opposite us. he said " are you here for hannah harries?" we all nodded and stayed silent as for him to continue. he carried on " well we have her stable but she is unconscious and will be for a while now but once she wakes up she will be okay but may suffer from amnesia." jake spokejust as the doctor rose to walk out, "when can we see her?" "you may see her in about half an hour when we are sure she is stable. a nurse will come to get you when she is ready" with that he smiled and walked out, leaving us in silence once more.
