EAH - Y/n's tale.

Welcome to Ever After High!

- YOUR P.O.V -

You unfurled your beautiful, large wings, and swooped between the trees of the dark forest, and up the hill, feeling your hair whip into your face as you flew. You were meeting Raven and Maddie on the hill, leading to Ever After High.
You had already dropped off your suitcase, filled with your things, into your new dorm room. Thanks to your ability to teleport.
"Hehehe! Y/n!" Yelled Maddie cheerfully, as you landed in front of Raven and the mad hatter's daughter.
"Good to see you again Y/n. It's been a long time." Said Raven, smiling.
"We literally talked a couple of days ago" you laughed
"I know, but still! It feels like it's been ages. Are you nervous?"
You nodded slightly, retracting your wings, and walking along beside Raven, who was using her magic to float the chest in front of her.
"I bet, as soon as we get inside, we'll be bombarded with comments, saying how utterly terrifying we are" you joked, although knowing it was likely to be true. It had been every other year.
After walking for a long time, you unfurled your wings again. You were nearing the door.
"Will you two stop fighting?!" Maddie yelled loudly, at the sky, before huffing with what you believed to be accomplishment. "Peas and crackers."
You frowned, along with Raven. "Um.. who are you talking to..?" Raven questioned Maddie, who simply answered;
"Why the narrators of course!" Raven raised an eyebrow, to which Maddie added; "oh you can't hear them Raven. You either Y/n. Only I can."
You laughed, and Raven began slowly "o...kay.. can I talk now?" Maddie nodded, and Raven blurted out;
"Ugh.. it's just-- I'm just sick of everyone thinking that you and I are soo evil Y/n, just because our mom's were."
You nodded, sighing in understanding, you certainly didn't like it either.
"It's not fair!" Raven spoke up, with anger. Raising her hands into the air, and striking them back down at her chest, which was whisked away into the air, to where you assumed was Raven's new room.
Maddie stopped in front of you and Raven, and put her hands on both of your shoulders.
"No one thinks that either of you are evil. Now you're just talking crazy!"
You laughed, whilst Maddie shook her head weirdly. Somehow making the sound of bells, however you dismissed it. She was the Mad Hatter's daughter after all.
"The daughter of the mad hatter, calls me and Y/n crazy?" Raven said, smiling. Before her face drooped into a frown.
You suddenly flew up into the air, whilst Maddie said: "would you stop with the worry flurry? Everyone at school loves you two!"
And with that, you used your magic, creating harmless green flame which raged at the large door, pushing it open.
You flew inside and down onto the floor beside Maddie and Raven again.
Within moments, you heard the distressed yell of one of the little pigs;
"It's Raven Queen and Y/n inferno! Run!!"
You rolled your eyes, as the chaos began in the hall.
"They! Are! Evil!" Yelled a shepherd boy, from across the room.
"Run everyone!" Yelled a soft voice, causing everyone in the room to scatter. From sheep, to pigs, to other people.
"See! They love you both so much!!" Said Maddie loudly, raising her arms high into the air.
"Yeah.. sure thing Mads." You said and you wrapped your wings around yourself in comfort.
As you and your two closest friends walked inside the - now, empty - hall, Maddie's wonky wonderland watch went off, breaking and springing up.
You had always found Wonderland trinkets and such intriguing. And wished you could go to Wonderland one day.
"Yay!! tea time!" Maddie yelled, giggling happily, and placing a chair and a small table with tea cups, a kettle, and a mouse with a hat on, down in the middle of the floor, from who-knows-where.
You covered your mouth, as not to laugh.
"Earl Grey! Why you clever little dormouse. Why yes, this IS a new dress."
You looked back up, to face a non-existent Raven. Your eyes darted around, and you spotted some of her purple-streaked hair over by some lockers, and ran to catch up with her. Ignoring Maddie as she poured tea from the kettle, straight onto the floor.
Soon enough, you caught up with Raven, only to see Dexter charming talking to her awkwardly, in the cafeteria. You thought they would be pretty cute together, so you decided not to intrude, until you heard screaming.
You unfurled your wings again, and prepared to fight the danger. Only to realise it was just Daring Charming and Apple white, arm-in-arm, walking into the room with far-too-shiny teeth.
You saw Apple start talking to Raven, and decided this would be the perfect time to escape before you ended up getting pulled in.
"Y/n! How lovely to see you too!" Said a voice, coming from behind you.
You turned around, wincing. So close! you thought.
"It's nice to see you too Apple. And Hi daring."
Apple smiled, and spoke up for Daring;
"Oh! Before Daring smiles, just remember to watch out. He just got them--"
"Whitened?" You interrupted, to which Daring, nodded, and smiled, although it didn't seem to affect you.
You heard gasps of 'ooh!'s' "wow!'s' across the room. Clearly no one had heard of using magic as resistance against light.
You glinted your eyes a vibrant green on purpose, just to joke around, and immediately everyone - including Daring and Apple. Ducked to the ground, thinking you'd set ablaze the cafeteria. But you simply laughed, along with Raven, (who found your wicked humour to be quite funny) and returned your eyes to normal, causing everyone to stand back up again and relax.
The bell rang, and you and Raven stood together, saying goodbye to a seriously excited Apple White.
"So, Raven! Y/n, What are your next classes?" Asked Apple, after stating her own.
You looked down at the scroll in your hands, much like Raven. And looked back up, speaking at the same time as Raven.
"Uh..History of Evil Spells"
You smiled, at least your next class was the same as Raven's.
"Haha, that is so perfect for you two!"
You rolled your eyes, and grabbed Raven's hand.
"C'mon Raven! We don't want to be late. In fact.." you twirled your fingers, emitting greenish-purple flames, and teleported.
It took a couple of tries to get to the right class, but you managed to get there on time, nonetheless.
"Urgh, I managed to do it soo easily earlier!" You muttered loudly, catching Raven's attention as you took your seats.
"It's okay Y/n. You're doing amazingly. It can be a rather tricky spell sometimes, I'm sure." Raven said reassuringly.
You nodded, smiling back. Meanwhile, the teacher walked into the room, with the words;
"Alright. Let the class begin."

- TIMESKIP, RAVEN'S P.O.V -
Later that day...

I walked up the corridor, towards my room where I believed Maddie would be, only to be greeted by the one and only: Apple White.
"Welcome home, Roomie!!" Apple said, causing a chuckle to escape my throat.
"Huh. Good one Apple. I'm rooming with Maddie this year."
"Not anymore!" Apple replied, as I walked into the room.
"Since you're such an important part to my story-- you poison me. I fall asleep.-" Apple said, beginning to drone on, before I interrupted.
"The prince wakes you with a kiss. Blah, blah, blah. Yada yada- I know. So?"
"Soo!" Apple said, clasping her hands together happily, "I asked headmaster Grimm, if we could live together! And he said: yes. Isn't that enchanting?"
I tried to speak, but all I could manage was inaudible stuttering.
"Oh, oh oh! You are going to love rooming with me! I'm thoughtful, and Beautiful! And I can sing the most wonderful songs about woodland creatures!" Apple cleared her throat, and began to sing;
"Oh, the doves love to fly, and the hares love to burrow~"
I rolled my eyes as I saw the birds collecting on the windowsill, and walked over to it, ignoring Apple.
"Move along, move along. Nothing to see here." I said, moving my hand through the air near the birds, causing all but one to fly away.
I stroked the underside of the bird's head, which caused my mood to lighten up slightly. I still wished I was rooming with Maddie, or Y/n.
"And! I already decorated your side of the room!" Apple said, poking her head past the window's side, near me.
I stood up immediately and walked over to my side of the room, only to see it covered with Black and dark purple, with spiky, evil-vibes trinkets such as a dark crown a sofa-chair, and multiple spooky mirrors on the wall and corner.
"Isn't it just the evilist?!" Apple said, clapping her hands with glee. "I knew you'd love it! Hehe!"
I sighed, and went back to stroking the underside of the bird's head.

"This is gonna be a looong year.."
