The leaf

THIS IS A SHORT STORY I WILL TRY TO UPDATE MORE!!! 

Olive walked out of her job. " Another hard day" she said as she made her way down the rode " I need a coffee" she mumbled her hands reached into her pocket to get her player and headphones but nothing was there. " Shoot!!! i gotta go back" she mumbled before turning on her heel and back to her job (which was chick fil a) she saw her boss about to lock up. " Ah! Jane i am so happy your not gone yet" she called, the purple haired, blue eyed, 20 year old turned to face her employ. " What's up Green?" she asked, Olive scratched the back of her neck as she mumbled the next sentence. " Well i- kinda forgot my player and headphones, s-sorry" Jane smiled " No problem!" she said as the purple haired lady re-opened the door. Olive ran into the restaurant and grabbed her stuff. " Thanks!" she called as she ran out and began to walk again, just then a hard wind blew grabbing Olive's attention. She turned to see a man about her age keeping her gaze, a leaf blew in between them the boy grabbed the leaf and began to walk towards her. When he was finally in front of her. He smiled, " Hey ma'am" he said Olive said nothing, " I um, think this is your leaf" he said as he handed her a maple leaf. Olive stared at the leaf for a moment before looking up again, " Um sir i am sorry but-" she stopped noticing that the stranger was gone, a bit freaked out but she soon was once again entranced by the leaf. She finally turned it over and was surprised but also amused by what was written on it, for it said.

" Hello ma'am sorry i had to go but, i would love to meet again if you wanted. 

My number is (512-556-7824) and my name is Otto black, hope to see you again soon. 

And by the way the leaf was to match your beautiful hair and eyes. 

Otto black. 

Olive smiled " I wonder what will happen next" she mumbled before carefully putting the leaf in her pocket and walking home, and soon her and Mr. Black met and well the rest is history.
