Shouting and laughs surround me as I make my way to my first class for the summer term. I don't know where I'm going, I just hope it's the right way. This is my new college, and it's my first day. Me and my mum moved because she wanted a change so I had to leave my friends behind, along with my happiness. My name is Tahlie Smith. I'm 17, with shitty hair and no motivation to do anything.
I keep my head down to avoid any eye contact with these strangers. I've very nearly succeded when a boy, over 6ft tall crashes into me. My head snaps up and so does my temper.
"Hey, watch where you're going will you?! Or are you blind? Jesus Christ." I shout at him. He looks quite shocked by my outburst, but it soon turns into a cocky grin and he raises his hands up in mock terror. His blue eyes dance with humor and blonde hair is styled to perfection. Arrogant shit.
"Sorry" he chuckles, making my cheeks turn red. I shoot him a glare and walk off quickly. I find my classroom and find a free table at the back. Oh good, at least I get to concentrate on my first lesson. The door opens, and bangs loudly against the wall. Oh for the love of God. The teacher seemed to have been annoyed by it, because her booming voice filled the room.
"Tristan Evans, get to your seat now, you are late!" she bellows. A cough escapes from the boy, probably trying to cover a laugh I presume. I hear the boy walking to my table and close my eyes and pray 'Please don't let him bother me, please don't let him bother me'. His stuff thumps onto the floor and he falls down onto the chair.
"Oh, hello again". The voice says. I fail to cover the sigh that exits my body. Wait, again? I look up to give this mystery boy to give him a small smile and stop dead the in my tracks. My stomach turns over in annoyance. Oh god no. It's him, the cocky boy.
He's Tristan Evans. And he's sitting next to me.
Okay I really don't know whether this was good or not, so give me feedback or whatever! I hope you enjoyed it, probably not the best but oh well. Thank you!
