Moving Back...

"Mum what's the point of moving back to Tottenham if I have one more year of school huh? I know I hated the other school but there was really no point in moving me" I hated it when my mum got a new job. It always resulted us to move from where we lived.

"It's for the best darling. You will be able to see your friends again, wouldn't you like that" I sighed knowing that this will have affect on my school work.

"Yeah, course but if this affects...."

She cut me off saying "Yeah sure sweetie, I have to go now. Numbers on the fridge if you need anything & your brother will call to see how things are going. Bye hun" she kissed me on my forehead then walked out the front door.

She never listens to me, all she cares about is herself and how well she is doing in work. Never asks how my day was, what I've been up too nothing. But 'Shit happens' right...

Well I'm Beauty Brown. Just a normal girl not anything special. I'm 15 years old currently in year 10. I wont say I'm the popular type, I'm just known in some areas. Your properly wondering 'what do I mean come and live here again' well I have lived in Tottenham for 13 years of my life but then my mum got a new job causing us to move to Barnett but now she has another one causing us to move back. I just can't wait till I'm 18 to live in my own house. I have one brother, his name is Jermaine and 18 years old. Yeah he is in all of that gang stuff but its not that deep to be honest. Anyways yeahh so this is the life I'm living at the moment...

"Who's This" I asked.

"Jermaine fool"

"Ayy don't come with them talks there" I laughed.

"Whatever man, I'm coming around inih bit, so listen out for the bell"

"Bring me some chocolate" I begged.

Tf did this boy hang up on me. Just watch when he comes...

So now I'm here for how long with nothing to do. I looked up at the time and it was only 10:00, so I decided that I was going to go Wood Green to shop for summer clothes.

I got in the shower quick, creamed my skin then put on my red dungarees shorts, white tank top with my white and red air max 95.

I grabbed my keys, oyster, vaseline, phone & sunglasses then headed out to the bus stop. I waited about 10minutes for the 243 then got on..

-10minutes-

I was finally in Wood Green. The first shop I went to was primark, don't judge its a good shop plus they have some nice jersey's in there. I got my Jerseys, shorts, flip flops and tops then headed out.

"Beauty, is that you" I turned around to see who it was and I was surprised to see my best friend Tia.

Tia was my best friend when I was living in this area. I didn't have a phone when I left so we kinda lost contact and didn't see each other for over 2 years. She is black but light skinned. 15 years old, she is 5'1. We are both so crazy when we are with one another and I didn't lose all the love I had for her over the past few years.

"OMG TIA" I shouted as I ran up to her with open arms.

"I missed you so much. When did you get back? Did you move back? There's so much we have to catch up on? Are you co..." I had to cut her off she was going to quick for my likings.

"Slow down Tee. Yes I have moved back and damn right there is catching up we need to do. Why don't you come over to mine house now then" I said.

"Great, come on let's go now but first let me get a sample of the cinnamon rolls" she laughed.

We went for samples like 5 times till the women shouted at us telling us to stop taking them.

-30minutes-

My phone started ringing whilst we was getting off the bus so I looked at caller ID to see Jermaine was calling me kmt, I hanged up the phone to teach him not to hang up on me.

"So you coming back to our school?" Tia asked.

"Yeah but if my mum gets a new job I'm staying where I am cause she is going to be the one that made me get shit grades if she keeps on doing this"

"Hmm, them ones" she said.

After 5 minutes I arrived at my house with an angry Jermaine waiting outside.

"Who bit you lip boy" I said laughing.

"Tf you laughing for just open the f*cking door dump shit & what you saying Tia, you alright"

"yeahh I'm good maine" she replied.

We all walked in to the house. I went to my room put my bags down then went to chill with the others for a couple hours.
