(Sun shining through her lilac curtains, Star awoke in a relaxed mood on a fine Monday morning, stretching her arms and legs. Mistakes were made the previous night and she'd forgotten to set her alarm for the morning after staying up until 3am watching dumb youtube videos.)
Star: (yawns and sighs) man, i can't believe i was up until 3am last night..so frickin tired..better check the time. (reaches over at her bedside table for her phone, unfortunately to the realisation that her arms were way too short.)
SHIT!!
(tumbling out of bed and hitting her head on the wooden boards, she rubbed her head.)
Star: jeez, talk about a way to start the morning. (gazes over to her side to find her phone next to her arm) ah, sweet. (turns her phone on, to find the clock at 8am and a reminder pinging aggressively underneath reading ''first day of school'') OH, COME ON!!
Star: (stands up and throws her shirt off in a rush) GAH, I SLEPT IN!! STUPID PHONE!! (grabs it in her hand and yeets it in anger to the other side of the room) seriously, it's 8am and we leave in 20 minutes!! (opens her dresser and takes her uniform out) i have to go wake up shadow--
-MINUTES LATER-
Star: (storms into his room after getting changed in a panic, only to find his lazy butt still in fucking bed.) *frustrated* shadow you better get your ass up right the hell now or so help i'll tear this duvet right off you.
Shadow: (is burrowed underneath his covers) ....no, please....just 5 more minutes....
Star: Shadow, no. We have 5 minutes until we have to frickin leave!! *Puts her hand on the covers ready to take action* so. what's it gonna be, you getting up?
Shadow: .....uh....no...?
Star: FINE THEN, FACE THE CONSEQUENCES I DON'T CARE
Shadow: (sweat drips down his face a bit) uh..what consequences..?
Star: (tears his duvet off him and hangs it out the window) YO BITCH YOU BETTER GETCHUR ASS OUTTA BED.
Shadow: (sits up straight with a worried expression and widened eyes) hahahaha star please god have mercy that bedsheet is all i have left of my soul.
Star: ...
Shadow: ...
Shadow: ....hey wait, uh, it's the first day of school today isn't it-
Star: Are you kidding me right now? you think i'm stood in here at 8am in my uniform hanging your duvet out the window because i felt like it?
Shadow: I'll be honest after the childhood i've had with you i wouldn't put it past you.
Star: ....i would consider your next words carefully. (moves her hand a little further out the window)
Shadow: OKAYOKAYFINEI'LLGETUP just please don't drop it. dear lord.
(rolls weakly out of bed and onto the floor)
Star: welp, you choice. bon voyaj precipus duvet. (lets it fly away into the wind and turns around to look at shadow curled up crying on the floor) jeez you're pathetic. meet me downstairs in 2 minutes.
