Chapter 1

Highschool

It was a normal morning of hell school .... I slowly dragged my self to the next class - which was math... ;-;
Then I was greeted by Doyeon my best friend !
"What's with the face?" -Doyeon
"I don't wanna go to math class"
"Did you do your homework?" - Doyeon
"Yeah"
"Then your fine... just make sure the teacher doesn't pick you" - Doyeon

After maths class we were at the cafeteria eating together when Yang Youngjae and his gang of 'cool boys' came up to us
" hello ladies"
" bug off"
"Awwwwww but we want to see you"
"I don't"- me
"Neither do I" -Doyeon
" Do you want to have a drink with me?" He said
"No"
"Can we go on a date?"
"No"
"I'll bring you to the beach"
"No"
"Do you think I'm handsome?"
"No"
" okay jagi I'll see you later" I could see on Doyeon's face she was done.
"YOU BETTER SHUT YOUR MOUTH BITCH BEFORE I S-"
"Don't come back"- me

It was the end of school and me and Doyeon were walking home together when I had an idea " can you come over to my house for a sleepover? We haven't had one for 3 days and I feel like I need to catch up" "yep totally"-Doyeon
We walked to Doyeon house so she could pack every thing while I called my mum
Ring... Ring...
"Hello sweetie what's up?"
"Uhhh hi mum can Doyeonie come over for a sleepover today?"
"Yep totally"
"Okay thanks mum"
"I'll see you soon ? And also Somi is at home"
"Okay I'll see you at home bye love you"
"Bye love you too"
Sometimes I wonder how many people in the world have mums and dads this chill and cool because I certainly have a chill af mum.

A few minutes later Doyeon came out the house with a stuffed bag " looks like I have a lot to catch up on" I said eyeing the stuffed bag " yep."
"What took you so long?" -me
" I couldn't find my charger"
"I'm not surprised"
Once we were at home I told Doyeon to go to my room and make herself cozy while I went to Somi's room
"Hai unnie im home with Doyeon . We're having a sleepover if you don't mind"
"I'm fine with it. tell her I said hai!"
"Ok"
We were now in our Pajamas eating ramen and talking about how this new rookie group called NCT127 were debuting under SM . Doyeon said that BTS we're still wayyyy better but I'm here sitting and stanning NCT127.
Doyeon finally made the decision of her bias being Taeyong and I made my decision of my bias being Haechan. I thought Haechan was kinda cute.
"Guys do you want to have dinner?" Somi shouted from the kitchen
"No thanks we're having ramen"
"Okie"

After the LOOONNGG Kpop convo we were on our phones scrolling through social media when Doyeon said " Soyoung, you know there's a Global Audition for SM in a few days??" As soon as I heard the words Audition and SM my head shot up from the phone .
I stared at Doyeon wanting to know more about this SM audition thing .
"Tell me more"
" well the audition is in 3 days, there are no age or gender restrictions,you can sing,dance,rap,model or act soooo," A smile creeped up Doyeon's face " you can try audition for SM!!!!! You did always say you wanted to be a k idol and now you can!"
" eh maybe ...uhhh probably ...err most likely ...okay yes . I am going to try out for SM"
"Yas girl we better get practicing for this"
*yes yes yes I can do this I want to be a k idol yes yes yes* ( my mind )

Mum had signed and sent the email to SM and we were waiting for a reply. Doyeon checked her watch " we sent the email at 5:43pm why has it taken so looonnnggggg it's 5:45 now"
" Soyoung-ah !" My mum shouted from the living room
*gasp* "Go go go Soyoung"
"What!?" I shouted from my room
"Your Audition is on the 27th of April"
"In Korea ?"
" yes in Korea"
I closed the door to my room and looked at Doyeon with a sheepish smile on my face
"YAHHHHH MY BESTFRIEND IS GONNA AUDITION!!!!OMG OMG OMG OMG SHE'S GONNA BECOME A K -IDOL YAAAAHHHHAHAHAHAHAHAH IM SO PROUD OF YOU MY DONGSAENG MAKE SURE YOU FEATURE ME IN A BTS VLIVE-"
"I might not pass.I've only got 2 and a half days to pull this off.you never know"- me
"Stop doubting we need to practice this thing you're doing if you wanna pass . Are you going to sing?.
"I'm gonna dance."- me
"Okay which dance?"
"Something cute not too sexy"-me
"An artist?"
"Uhhhh something like Gfriend maybe"-me
"Fingertip."

It was 8:50 and I learnt most of the song confidently . I was confused at Umjis part only. I was covering Sinb.

"I think you can do this Soyoung"
"But what about you?"- me
"Don't worry 'bout me... I have my plans"
"What's that supposed to mean?"- me
"Well, have you ever heard of Produce 101?"
"Yeah it's that girl group survival show- no way..." I stared at her excitedly
"Yes way..."
"Girl it's my turn to fan girl now ..."-me

"what's with the screaming?" Somi Unnie came in
"Doyeon Unnie is going to Produce 101!!!!!"-me
*gasp* "NOOOO WAYYYYY DOYEON OMG OMG OMG OMGO OMG OMG"-Somi
"Well Soyoung is going to be an idol in SM!!!"-Doyeon

It was now 10:38 , The fangirling ended and now Somi was in her room texting this guy called Kim Samuel , Doyeon was in bed sleeping and I was at my table playing with slime and thinking about how the audition would go. After some time thinking I made my decision. I will pass.
