Living with seventeen

Chapter 2

My dad continued " we want you to go to work in Korea, without us."

"WHAT" I shouted as I stood up from the table
"HOW AM I GONNA AFORD LIVING OUT THERE, I CANT LIVE ON MY OWN LET ALONE LIVE ALONE IN ANOTHER COUNTRY. IM GONNA DIE OUT THERE I THOUGHT YOU WANTED ME TO GO TO COLLEGE"

"CHAEYOUNG!" My dad shouted. " Just sit down and we will explain." he said quieter.

I sat down slowly "Than explain."

My mom started "okay well, you will not be living alone. You will be living with your cousin. You don't have to worry about expenses, everything will be taken care off."

"What do you mean everything will be taken care of?"

My dad looked at me " well my brother works for Pledis Entertainment so he and the company will pay for your flight and living expenses. Health care and all of that will also be payed for my them.Its also where you will be working."

My jaw dropped and I froze.

"Honey? Honey!" My mom said shaking me
"Is something wrong?" she asked with concern.

"DID YOU SAY HE WORKS AT PLEDIS ENTERTAINMENT!" I shouted at the top of my lungs

"Yes, is there something wrong with that?" my dad asked

"NONONO NOT AT ALL NOTHING IS WRONG"

"Then why are you still screaming"

"OH I AM oh oh um sorry, it's just my favorite kpop group is under Pledis Entertainment." I smiled and laughed

My mom and dad smiled "than maybe you'll see them." My mom said "Maybe you'll date one of them" she winked

"MOMMM don't say that, it's gross"

She gasped jokingly "how is it gross, you probably think of dating them all the time." she said with her hand over her heart.

"It's not gross, but when you say it and wink afterwords it is." I laughed

My mom got up and than my dad
"Anyways, I think you should call alli back over and tell her the news" she said with my dad nodding in agreement

"Oh yeah I will" I smiled but on the inside I was scared to tell her, but I was also excited.

I was about to go upstairs but than I stopped "mom?"
"Yeah honey?"

"What will I be working as when I get there?"
"I don't know hun, you'll find out when you get there."
"Umm okay." I smiled

When I got to my room I called alli and told her to come back over.

She eventually got to my house and now it was time to break the news.

"So what did your parents want to talk to you about, it's okay if you don't want to tell me" she smiled

"No no it's fine, I just don't really know how to tell you this" I said as I looked down

"You're moving aren't you?"

I look back up at her and nodded "how'd you guess?"

"Pure luck?" She smiled and laughed

"Why do you seem happy about me moving?" I asked

"I'm not, I just don't want you to feel bad about moving, I want you to be able to do it without worrying about me" she smiled again, she stood up and looked around my room like she's never been here before. " so where are you going?" She asked as she was holding a picture of us from two years ago

"Korea" I replied slightly smiling

She quickly looked up and started jumping up and down "OMG ARE YOU SERIOUS,YOU COULD MEET SEVENTEEN AND GO TO THEIR CONCERTS, WHERE ARE YOU GONNA LIVE AND WHEN ARE YOU GONNA LEAVE OMG OMG GIRL"

At this point I couldn't stop laughing she wouldn't stop going on and on, it was honestly so funny, I cut her off "that's not even the best part"

She paused and looked at me, and than she ran over and grabbed my shoulders and started to shake them while saying tell me over and over again

"Okay, okay I will" I laughed "I think you might want to sit down for this one"
She sat on the bed
"Okay, anyways my uncle works at Pledis Entertainment, so I'm going to be working there" I said calmly
And than alli stared, just stared.
"Are you serious?" she asked Slowly getting up from the bed
"Yes" is all I said
"OMG YOURE ACTUALLY GOING TO SEE SEVENTEEN AND WHOLE BUNCH OF OTHER GROUPS.OMG YOU HAVE TO FACETIME WHEN YOU SEE THEM SO I CAN ALSO SEEM THEM OMG CHAEYOUNG IM GOING TO CRY FOR YOU" she shouted as she ran around my room
"Okay calm down alli" I laughed
"When are you leaving?"
"Oh um I don't actually my parents never told
me, I'll ask them tomorrow. Oh and by the way are you sleeping over"
"Okay, and no I can't, my mom me wants to go to her office to do something and it's at like 8 in the morning."
I looked at my phone and by now it was 9 pm
"When are you leaving?" I asked
"What time is it now?"
"9 pm."
" than I'll leave in about an hour."

We decided to watch seventeen videos for our last hour together for the night and soon enough it was time for her to leave.when she left I kept watching videos about seventeen and at about 11 I decided to go to bed.

The next morning I woke up at 10 am
I went downstairs to see if my parents were still home but they weren't. I would text them and ask them but I don't want to bother them while they're at work, so instead I had some food.

I went to the fridge, and I grabbed some bacon, and eggs. I decided to cook a little good breakfast for myself. I made a couple pieces of bacon and a fried egg. Which by the way was delicious.

In the meantime of waiting for my mom I just watched YouTube.

A couple hours later my mom got home
"Mom?"
"Yeah, hun?"
"Do you know when I'm leaving to go to Korea?"
"I don't know we'll ask your father when he gets home."
"Okay mom."

I helped my mom make dinner and set the table, and than my dad walked in. I waited till he settled down to ask him.

"Hey dad, do you know when I'm leaving to go to Korea?"
"Oh yeah, September 16th."
"WHAT, that's in like two weeks."
"Yes dear, I know. You should actually start packing a little bit because you will be living there from now on."
"Okay. I will."
We sat down and started to eat.
I was almost done eating and I asked
"Are you guys ever come and visit me?"
"Yes, of course. We will probably eventually move back too."
"Alright, That's good to know."
A couple minutes later I finished eating
So I got up from the dinner table.
"Thank you for the meal mom.I'll go start packing a little bit."
"You're welcome ChaeYoung, but don't forget you helped me make it." She smiled
I just smiled and ran upstairs while shouting "Love you!"

When I got to room I packed a little, like I said I would and it did that for about an hour. Yes, a little packing took me an hour, don't judge. It's takes me awhile to make decisions.After packing I went to bed..you know I thought I would be sad about moving, but I guess not. I went to bed with a smile on my face that night.

OKAY, Chapter two. What did you guys think. It took me a good amount of time to write this. I kept going back and changing things to make it as good as possible.In the next chapter she will be going to South Korea.
