Leaving?!

chapter 1

One morning a boy had been walking to his school for about five minutes.  His name is Alex, he liked walking to school. The long walk gave him time to think about his life and or about what he was gonna do at school.

Alex played basketball, he made friends with all his team mates and had a good relationship with everyone in his school. He was a regular 15 yr old high school student. Alex had never been outside of his town but never really cared to leave, since he had been living in Dallas since he was born. He never thought he would have anything bad happen to him ... till now 

While in school, Alex got a text from his mom. While reading the text he became devastated that him and his family would be moving to California. He didn't know what to do, he had never been outside of Dallas and was slightly scared.

Alex texted back "why"

After a couple of seconds  he heard a "ding" and looked at his phone. His mom texted back saying " well son, your father got a promotion and we just couldn't afford to not accept it. Alex replied back with " okay mom. i understand."

The whole day Alex struggled with his emotions, he didn't know how to tell his friends about him moving and he didn't know how they would react. He would fake a smile every time his friends would talk to him and when his teachers called on him to answer a question.

Alex couldn't wait to go back home and just spend the rest of the day in the covers of his comfortable bed.

hi my name is autumn 

i have been writing this story for about two weeks and i thought it was interesting to see if any one would read it. this chapter is kind of short but its cuz im lazy.

i will post this story on Wednesday's and Saturday's
