Chapter 1
"Don't move." Lala whispered with a tear streaming down its face. I could feel the sun baby breathing. So loud. So close. It wasn't going to stop until it had its vengeance. "Come out. Come out." The sun baby giggled through its baby teeth. I could vaguely make out Lala mouthing something to me. At first glance it seemed to read 'become you.' I knew this had to be wrong because Lala was never one to give encouraging words of wisdom when it was baby time. What was it saying? After seconds of trying to read Lala's lips, it hit me. 'Behind you.' Sun baby was behind me. So loud. So close. So sunny. I felt Sun Baby's head turn as it casted a light over me. I didn't know what would happen to me this time. I had tried to escape before, but it failed and my attempt upset sun baby. The only thing worse than sun baby was upset sun baby. Even when it was mad, it always plastered on that same toothy smile. I could feel the adrenaline rushing into me. I looked at Lala's tear stricken face only to realize that I too, had a trickle of water running down my eye. I knew it was time. As I turned my head, I came to realize what would happen to me. How this would all end. Something so terrifying, I have yet to find words describing it.
