Ronnie awoke from the midst of a dream, a handsome man grabbing her and pressing his lips to hers. The dream was interrupted by the intense need to barf, as she ran to the toilet; cursing herself for getting drunk lastnight.
After a cold shower and a slice of toast , the only improvement in Ronnie's condition was her appearance. She still felt like ass, and was not looking forward to the day of a barista ahead of her. While brushing her teeth, the night before came back to her in bits and pieces. She remembered the kiss vividly, followed by a blurry face and rough hands. Who was he, and why did she still care ?

Harry wokeup before his alarm, as usual. Groaning and stretching, he smiled as he thought of the day ahead of him. Without a doubt, he was going to see her. He was going to ask her out, but he had a feeling it wouldn't be particularly easy. As his asshole persona had ruined the first impression, he had a lot of making up to do when it came to little boston and her swaying hips.
He walked in at 9:30, knowing she would already be working. As he made his way to the counter, there was a weird feeling in his stomach. Butterflies ? No, Harry Styles was a man whore, and he definitely never got butterflies, but something strange was happening at the thought of her dismissing him. He buried his thoughts and cleared his throat, preparing to order.
He saw her face contort as she recognized him, and made the connection about lastnight. He tried to smirk , before repeating his order playfully, but her look of disgust had not vanished. She was flustered, that was for sure. But she didn't look anywhere near pleased he was the pair of lips she was enjoying last night. He frowned, and repeated his order one more time before she came back to reality and gave him his total. As he reached in his wallet, he figured this was his only chance..
--------------
Ronnie glared at the business card being offered to her, confused on what the hell was going on. HE was the guy from lastnight ? Out of all people in the city it had to be the one person who already hated her ?!
His brow furrowed at her lack of reply and he began to apologize. "I know we got off on the wrong foot.. I understand that. I was having a bad day, and I didn't mean to frighten you, or bring forth any demons. However, if you could find it in your heart to forgive me, I assure you my second impression will be much better than my first. I'll leave this in the tip jar, feel free to give me a call if you're interested in dinner."
Was he...? Did he just ask her out ?! This man goes from prick regular at the coffee shop, to hot stranger at Roxy's, now to nice attractive regular trying to take her out to dinner ! How the hell did that happen ? What was she supposed to do ?
J interrupted her moment of panic and snatched the card from his hand, " hmm.. Well Plastic surgeon Harry Styles from the club lastnight, Ronnie would love to go to dinner with you!"
While recieving a bewildered look from Ronnie, J proceeded to take the card, write Ronnie's new address, and hand it back to Styles.
Ronnie finally spoke... "I dont think that's a good idea" she said, barely audible. Harry looked.. Sad almost, but then flashed a grin.
" Ronnie, I do believe friends know best.. I'll see you at 8." With that, he winked and took his coffee to go, leaving Ronnie to wonder what just happened, and what she was going to do when 8 o'clock rolled around.
