Niall's POV

"Okay sir, just sign these papers and you are free to go" the nurse said handing me the papers.

I signed the papers and walked out the hospital.

I really feel bad for what's her name? Hazel?

She looks really kind and she's pretty but I'm not sure what are we now, are we still an item? I'm not sure anymore.

I think I'm falling for her, again but I'm not so sure.

Maybe I'll wait a few more days.

"So what should we do now lads?"

"Who wants to play go kart racing? I know a place." Zayn suggested.

We all agree and headed to the van to go to the go kart racing place.

"Okay, we're only allowing three people at a time so start deciding which will beat which and inform me."

"Okay."

"So lads, maybe we could have Liam, Zayn, and Louis in the first round than Niall, Hazel and I in the second?" Harry said.

We all nod in agreement as Louis, Liam and Zayn put on their helmets.

"Ready... Set... Go!" The person said.

They started racing and Liam was on the lead, Zayn second and Louis at the last.

Zayn became first place and Louis second...

Finally final lap! Louis was first and Zayn last then Liam at the second.

Those were the final places and Hazel, Harry and I are currently putting on our helmets.

I'm now second place, Harry at last and Hazel at first place.

I sped up to the maximum speed and was first. Apparently, I didn't let go of the pedal to soon and hit my head hard on a wall.

Hazel's POV

"Niall!" I called getting out of my go kart.

He hit his head really hard.

"Huh? What happened?!" He asked rubbing his head.

"You hit your head really hard when you sped up." I told him.

"I'm fine now just tell me who won."

"You!" We all said in unison.

"Yay!" He cheered like a five year old who won a prize at a carnival game.

"Do you remember me?" I said curious of what he was going to say.

"Of course I remember you! Why wouldn't I?" He told me.

"Because you forgot me when you had a surgery."

"What surgery?"

"I was in a car accident then was in coma for a long time then you supplied me with some of your blood then you fainted then you had your surgery then you forgot me."

Niall's POV

All the memories came back to me.

She was in the accident because of me. Megan kissed me.

Oh my gosh, I hope she doesn't remember that.

"How did I get into the car accident anyways?"

"Because ni-"

"Because you were so careless that you came into that accident while crossing the road." I cut Louis off on what he was about to say.

'We need to talk later' Harry mouthed and I nodded knowing that he would scold me for lying to Hazel.

"Let's head back to the hotel now and order some dinner aye?" Liam suggests.

We all nodded and headed back to the hotel.

We finished eating dinner and we were all sitting on the couch as bored as ever.

'Let's talk' Harry mouthed and opined towards his room.

I nod my head and followed him to his room.

"Niall mate, why did you have to lie to Hazel?"

"Because she's gonna break up with me if I told her. I'm just scared."

"It's better telling the truth and apologizing than feeling guilty and lying."

"I know but-"

"She's gonna find out soon Niall, you have to tell her."

Hazel's POV

I couldn't help but be tempted to listen to Harry and Niall's conversation, I just feel like Niall is hiding something from me.

Oh shit. He's coming out the room.

I quickly ran to the couches where the rest of the boys were sleeping and pressed and random app on my phone.
