Starting a new life

There are 5-6 different P.O.V'S in this story they are Percy, Thalia, Nico, Artemis, Leo and sometimes Annabeth. This will not start like a Pertemis because I'm going to try and get everyone's personality correct so its going to go slow. This story will be exactly 52 chapters and yeah well to the story

Percy's P.O.V

I walked for five minutes before I made it to the town, I had five hours to rent a house, get a job, enroll in college, and get some donughts for a certain black Pegasus. So first I need to get a house, so I walked around for a while and looked at some newspapers for any houses available. When I finally found a nice log cabin about twenty minutes from the town, I decided I would go for that one. I called the number and set up a appointment in about an hour, so I still had time to look for a job.

I walked around the town for a while until I noticed a seemingly busy looking cafe that was hiring so I thought I would take a look at it, but I only had a hour before I had to look at the house, as I walked in the cafe I noticed a strong smell of coffee and it was really busy. I asked about the job and they handed me a lot of paperwork to fill out so I decided I would have to return it tomorrow. I then got some donughts for blackjack and left. Then I headed toward the house that I was looking at.

When I got there the house was a nice size and had a stable already. I immediately decided this was the house I wanted. When the owner of the house got there she led me inside for me to take a look and it was a three bedroom house with a large living room and a medium sized kitchen. It had a basement and an empty attic, there were two bathrooms and a fenced in backyard. It had a nice master bedroom with a big king size bed and two windows with a walk-in closet and a bathroom of its own. There was a few hall closets. It was only a one story house but it was still pretty nice and everything worked and it was a pretty well kept house.

The stables outside had a nice horse ready pin. There was apple trees surrounding the house and it was pretty nice all together. "I'll take it." I said to the owner of the house, "really you don't want any time to think it over or anything." She retorted surprised."no I think its good." "so your aware that the rent is paid every month at the price of one thousand forty dollars correct and your electricity, water, and gas right?" "yes ma'am." I then received the lease and the house was mine.

Now I had exactly one hour before I went back to Blackjack, so I went and enrolled myself in the first college I noticed. It was a large gray building with a grand entrance, and windows on every side of the building. The inside was practically all white with dark green streaks through each new hallway that connected to the main hall. Then there was the dining area it was the biggest part of the college easy, it had quite a few soda and snack machines around the edges and a lot of circular tables in the center.
