It is now Monday and Phil doesn't want to get up. He had such a fun weekend with Dan. After the movies they went out for a dinner and then back to Dans house. Phil had slept over and then went back home. With all the fun he had that weekend he forgot to do any of his homework and started freaking out.

It was time to walk to school, but he wanted to wait so he didn't run into Dan. He had an amazing weekend but he has this feeling that he doesn't want to keep in any longer, but he has to. He felt that if he saw Dan he would say it and regret it. He doesn't want to scare Dan away.

So, he waited another 10 minutes then started walking out the door and headed off to school. He was almost there when he heard a familiar voice coming from behind him. It was Dan. His heart skipped a beat. He kept walking and didn't look back. He put on both of his ear buds, raised the volume and put up his hood.

Dan had caught up to Phil, he could tell Phil was ignoring him so he decided to say something about it. He pulled down Phil's good looked him in the eyes and said...
"It hurts" with a look of pure pain.
"What does?" Phil said finally letting in.
"You are shutting me out, we had so much fun and i felt this amazing connection between us, and i don't want to let it go. After many years of moving I finally found a place i want to stay!" Dan poured his heart out
"Why would anyone want to stay in a place like this?" Phil asked without making eye contact.
"Who wouldn't, you are here. You are all i need to survive" Dan felt he said too much so he started walking away.

Phil was surprised and stood there for a moment before he chased after Dan. Phil turned him around and hugged him out of pure love and passion. After pulling away they made eye contact and the both blushed. Dan opened his mouth but didn't want to ruin the moment so kept him mouth shut.

They decided to walk to school together. First period is almost over and they didn't give a care in the world. Dan put his arm around Phil and Phil just looked at Dan and smiled. For the first time in forever they were both truly happy.
