FAITH NOT FATE(TWENTY-FIVE AND SINGLE)
"I am not even prepared for this Monday" I muttered to myself as I took a quick glance at my phone to check the time.
"10:09am" what was staring at me back in the face.
Honestly, I wasn't prepared to go to Chief Gbadeniyi's office. Not that I wasn't ready, I wasn't interested in going because I've lost count of how many offices of church members I've been to but I guess I do not have a choice I still have to go anyways. I am the one in need of a job and not chief Gbadeniyi so I had better get ready to leave if I really wanted to get a job. The least I could do was to get there very early.
I walked into "CREDA'S BRANDING COMPANY" at exactly eleven o'clock. Chief Gbadeniyi was definitely a well to do man. I mean the branding company is one of a kind. Who stays in Lagos and doesn't know CBC(CREDA'S BRANDING COMPANY)? He has really done so well for himself. I am not surprised he sows seed of a million plus in church.
My thoughts were cut short at the sound of the secretary's voice.
A short lady with long shinny black and a beautiful round face and her light skin to perfect her features.
"Hello Ma, Are you on an appointment with Mr. Gbadeniyi?" She asked me smiling gracefully.
"Yes I am"
"Can I know your name and purpose for meeting?"
ahn ahn,who in this age and generation asks for the purpose of a meeting? well, I better not be rude. Not now, not today.
"Yes, My name is Esuan Enahoro and I'm here for business purpose"
"Okay dear, Just give me a minute" She said to me picking up the landline to call someone.
Some seconds later, A young man came into the secretary's office.
"You may go with him Mrs. Enahoro, He would be the one to attend to you." The secretary said to me smiling
"Miss Enahoro" I corrected her, making my way to stand up.
I was not ready for any complications this morning.
The young man was already in front of me ready to move any moment.
"My name is Ade Johnson"
