Xavier's POV

"Great a rogue war is coming up," I groaned sitting back on my lounge chair. Alpha Justin sighed and looked at the map that showed the woods.

"Yup, I need 5 guys to protect Joise, beta do you want any guys to protect Alyssa?" Justin questioned staring at me. I should regret Alyssa but at the same time I don't want to. She's not exactly in our pack yet since she's half wolf. There's so much darkness that lingers in this pack. I'm a danger to Alyssa also. I have to give up my party ways so I can keep my secrets hidden from her.

My inner wolf growled and rolled his eyes like if saying your stupid for thinking of rejecting our mate!

'Shut up' I snapped at my inner wolf Blake.

"Yes 2 guys need to protect and keep her safe at HER house, the rogues know where the pack house is so we can't keep Alyssa here," I said exited the room. I know your not suppose to do that until the alpha says dismissed but he will understand.

"How dare you!" My father scowled at me once I entered the living room. I haven't since since he party at my house. If Alyssa saw the drugs she would freak. And no I'm not a drug addict.

"What's your problem now?" I snapped.

"You have a fucking mate? Reject her now!" My father scowled again. Oh great here we go again.

"No dad! Why should I?" I snapped again narrowing my eyes at him.

"She's just half wolf, she's not strong enough to be mated with the beta!" Father explained with a strong voice.

"Yes she is," I snapped.

"After the war I expect her rejected, or dead because if you won't do anything then I will kill her myself." My father snarled and exited the pack house.
