I leaned against the wall and eavesdropped on the pack meeting instead of cooking dinner with Joise and Amelia. After what happened this morning I don’t know what to do or think. He’s such a hot head.

“This is our territory and we will defend it!” Justin spat hiding the desk with his fist.

“Agree,” Xavier said.

“Pack meeting dismissed,” Justin said and all of the werewolves filed out of the pack meeting. Tomorrow is Joise’s and Justin’s wedding. Well not really a wedding but everyone gathers around to accept Joise as their Luna. I hope Xavier and I could go together.

“Alyssa?” Xavier said confused. I grabbed his wrist and harshly shoved him into the bathroom while closing the door and locking it.

“What the hell happened to you this morning,” I snapped leaning against the door ready to exit the bathroom if I get hurt.

“I don’t know I didn’t mean to snap at you like that,” Xavier explained not moving towards me but staring straight at me in the eye.

“You said you stop doing drugs,” I muttered remembering last night.

“I have been under stress lately,” Xavier sighed running his hand through his hair that remembers me of Calum Hood’s hairstyle sometimes.

“What’s going on Xavier?”

“Fine my father wants you dead or I could save your life if I reject you, I don’t want to hurt you Alyssa I really don’t want to,” He explained taking one step towards me. Maybe I could save him from drugs and everything. His father wants me dead or rejected? What did I ever do to that man? Wow talk about best first impression.

“We can fix this together just please stop acting this way,” I said carefully walking towards him and wrapped my hands around his neck.

“I’m sorry Alyssa I promise I won't be cruel like that again,” Xavier whispered and leaned in to kiss me. Our lips connected and shot of electrify shot through me. I kissed him harder jumping to wrap my legs around his waist. He snaked his arms quickly around my waist and pinned me to the bathroom door.

We should stop but yet again I don’t want it to stop. Xavier set me down gently and broke the kiss. “Not here,” Xavier said as we catch our breaths.

We both exited the bathroom and merged into the living room of the pack house.

“Can you believe it? Tomorrow is when I will be accept as full luna of Black Ravens Pack!” Josie squealed with delight. I smiled at her and hugged my bestie. I am really happy for her don’t get me wrong, it’s just I think I’m a little jealous but I love my beta.

“I’m so happy for you!” I said as Justin came into the living room. He grabbed Josie and pushed her into a room and then shut the door and locked it.

I wonder what’s wrong with Justin and why he was so rude like that.
