Chapter 4: Hide

Mario: A Lamp? I sure hope it works..

Mario: Well, seems loke no one is here.. I guess I'll go outside and bring back some tools.

I went back down the hall, and there was blood on the walls- and some words written in blood.

Mario: "Take exit now.." What does that mean?

As I walked towards the door, I noticed something..

Mario: W-what? How!? Th-the door- it's gone!
Oh.. I get it; its like being in one of those horror movies, where they are trapped in the spooky abandoned house. If this is a prank, you got me. Please let me out!

*silence*

Mario: Fine! Ill find my own way out.. My own way out..

I went down the lower left hall, and was met with a door in the midway.

Mario: Hmm, I guess I'll go inside to look..

There was another hallway with a door at the end of it. Going through the door, I noticed this next hall was dressed the same as the last with- you guessed it, another door.

Mario: Oh, an endless hallway. Yay. I bet if go through the door i came in I'll end back in the hall next to the foyer.

*Dissatisfaction*

Mario: That was fun..

I continued to the end of the corridor to be greeted by a large room. The room had a few bookshelves and a crate. Flowerpot stands lined a large carpet in the center.

Mario: These flowers look nice, but a shame they are fake.

As I was nearing the top of the room to enter the next hall, I heard a clashing groan.

Mario: What the hell was that?!
I wouldn't want to stay and find out though- I need to hide somewhere!

I sprinted towards the crate as fast as I could- hopefully faster than whatever was in the room with me.

Mario: Okay, I should be safe for a while in here..
