The Bionics I Never Knew I Had

CJ's point of view

Recap: "MJ" I said.

"Yes girl you know it's me." She replied.

I literally ran and jumped on her quick led to my super speed and super strength knocking her over and sending us flying.

I laugh a little when I see how far away she goes "Oops guess I don't know my own strength."

"Danngggg I haven't seen you run that fast since that one kid threatened to put glue in your hair in sixth grade." She says smiling at the old memory.

I laugh too and say "Oh yeah I remember that day when I hit him upside the head with a history book."

We both start laughing very loudly causing the entire food court to look at us weirdly.

"Where have you been its like you just disappeared right off the face of the earth?" She asked me.

"Well it turns out I have bionics and I just ended up at the academy one day and that's where I've been staying since." I respond to her question.

"Well you've been gone for way to long." She says to me.

"Ok well I think I could get Douglas to let you come and stay with us on the island." I say while getting on my phone to make the call.

As I was asking Douglas if MJ could stay I heard whispers.

They seemed to be arguing over something. But I just shook it off thinking it was no of my business.

"MJ your never gonna believe it!!!" I exclaim skipping back over to her.

"Gurl I believe everything you tell me expect for lies." She says back to me.

"Wow you know me so well now do you?" I mutter sarcastically.

"But let's hurry and get to the car so you can meet my bionic family." I tell her enthusiastically.

We hurry to my car and load up ours bags. I put in the coordinates for the the warehouse where I first found the hydroloop.

I tell MJ to grab her her bags and take her in the building. I push the button on the inside of the loop and we take off.

As we get to the island Bree speeds fast and then stops and back up when she sees us.

"Hey CJ who's that?" She asks me. While MJ gapes at her speed.

I just laugh at her reaction and tell her "This is my oldest friend MJ."

MJ come out of her trance and shakes Bree's hand. Bree tells me that Douglas needs me then speeds off.

The wheels in my head turn trying to figure out what has her acting so weird lately she just hasn't had the same aura she had when I first got here.

I shake the feeling off and grab MJ and pull her towards the direction Bree sped off at thinking Douglas was out here.

I quickly realize he isn't in this area but I hear quite sniffles. In perfect timing Adam shows up and I shove MJ towards him and say meet one of my bionic brothers.

I ask Adam to show MJ around the place while I stay back and claim I'll catch up with y'all later.

I go towards the source of the crying which hasn't gotten any louder.

I'm shocked to see Bree sitting on the beach with her arms wrapped around her legs that are pulled up to her chest with her head in between them.

I slowly walked over to her and sit down next to her as she looks up I put my hand on her back her tensed back slowly relaxes.

"You know it's ok to cry." I tell her trying to make sure she's comfortable.

She lightly chuckles and says "Yea I know but the reason I'm crying is really stupid."

My head snaps up to see her face and I reply with "It's not stupid if it made you cry."

She just shrugs her shoulders tensing back up and wipes her tears.

She starts to get up and walk away before turning around and saying "Thanks for comforting me while I was upset."

I tell her it was no problem and right before she speeds off she turns around and kisses me on the cheek.

This action causes me to blush and look down I hear her speed of and I bring my hand up to my cheek with one thought on my mind DAMN!!!!

A/N Sorry for the inactiveness on this story but State testing is finally so I thought why not update. I hoped you enjoyed and I like this book but until next time.
