I woke up in my bed on a saturday morning.Ready as can be for the war. I wasn't even sure where I the boss was, but the deserted factory is a good place to look. I heard kevin leaving the house going to work as usual. Now it's only me inside the empty house, but then the phone rang. I got off my bed went down the stairs and took the phone off the hook. This time I did look at the caller ID.
"Hey Josh whats up."
"You want to hang today."
"To do our project sure."
"No, just you and me getting something to eat."
"Um..Are you asking me on a date?"
"What if I was what would be your answer?"
"In the middle of the day. It would be lunch."
"Yeah I have something to do tonight you in or out?"
"This is how you ask me on a date."
"The best I could do.Not much of a romantic."
I hunged up the phone not giving him an answer. I did like him,but I wasn't going to let someone ask me on a date like that. An hour pass and the bell ranged on the front door. I open the door and saw it was Josh.
"You hunged up."
"You didn't ask right."
"Do you want to go on a date with me or not?"
"No."
